No refunds and no concern
Years ago this was a free blog. I understand they need money to run the business but as a cost to those that looks to this company for support and conscientious journalism, this one has really depleted in value. I had hoped that I would discover improvements but app shuts down and company will not refund even if issue was discovered within minutes of purchase. Sadly, eventually it always becomes about making money.Show lessNice
This is a really good app. I use the free version, because I am on a fixed income, and can’t afford subscriptions. But, I find the reading limit well, too limited. 2 articles a day, and a weekly reading limit. That’s not good. I would definitely pay for a subscription if I could afford it. But as I said above, I am on a fixed income and that is just not possible. It would be nice if you could find a way to make the app completely free for those of us on a fixed income. It would help a lot. I found some good stuff on it already. I would love to read more. But as it stands, well, I have reached my weekly limit. Still a really good app though.Show lessMet weekly limit?
Subscribed to them for years…recently went Onto the app to read an article, and got a pop up saying I’ve reached my weekly limit of free articles (I literally haven’t read one on EJ in months) and gave me options to pay?!?! I don’t understand? Are there no free articles any longer? Please fix this.
