  • Update

When’s the next update? Let’s keep this product awesome devs! More sounds more innovation. Rock on
  • Used to work, but….

I’m trying to connect my WAZA Air hot my iPhone 12 so that I can okay music through them and play the guitar along with the soundtrack.
It shows as connected to Bluetooth in the settings, but it still plays through the phone speaker instead.
I’ve not used them for a while, but sound connection is proving impossible.
I think that ever since iOS 14.1, it’s been rubbish.
Don’t buy if you’re running the latest iOS.

  • Not ready yet

Absolute mess of an app! Almost impossible to connect to your headphones. Sort it out!
  • Not bad

The app does what it needs to do. The layout is a little cumbersome but in line with the Katana line. However, why is there no metronome? I’m mean that should be a no brainer!
  • Practice made easy!

I understand people’s concerns. But it works exactly how I envisioned it will work.

I make sure both the headphones and transmitter are charged. Then plug in. Then effortlessly link to my phone. Play a backing track from another app. Find a tone I like. And away I go in my own world for hours.

4 star as I really would like Boss to add a record button on the app that saves to my voice app or photos app so I can keep good ideas! Then it’d be 5 stars for me. That would be awesome!

  • Great little headphone so so app

This app is cumbersome to work with. Love the headphones themselves as they sound great once you figure out how to dial it in. But dialing it in is a pain in the butt. I also have a Fractal FM3. The display on that isn’t a lot bigger than my phone but it’s a lot easier to work with. Not a lot of useful info on best way to work with the Waza app either. That’s what you get from a big company sadly. The latest update results in a ‘cancel typing’ screen on my phone if I touch anything in the app. Annoying. Also note that a lot of the complaints are related to the limitations of the unit itself. Like the dual purpose knobs. They exist because there’s only so much processing power available. I’m ok with that but there has to be a better way to deal with it. It’s like they built this great little guitar toy but lost interest when it came to the interface.

  • Ver. 1.1 crashes page 2 parametric EQ

The latest version crashes whenever you select Page 2 of the Parametric EQ FX. This doesn’t happen on the Katana-Air app.
  • Gyro Lock works fine after firmware update.

Glad to have the gyro lock option available with the firmware update.
  • Who designed this

Oh lord is this confusing! Please design something a little more intuitive and/or provide a detailed tutorial on YouTube. Thanks
  • Counter intuitive but worth it

The app is a mess. Ui is arranged in a very strange way with counterintuitive controls and no explanation of how to do anything at all. It really is a case of press every button, turn every dial and just see what does what until you figure it out. All the sounds are top notch and the headphone work beautifully with regards to connectivity etc. I haven’t noticed the drift people speak a lot about but that might just be me not noticing.
