No access to other accounts
The old app used to have access to my business accounts. This app does not. This is important to me.
It is satisfactory in almost every way than that.Can not transfer member to member
Used to be able to make an account for member to member transfers or transfer to other accounts. In this “upgrade”. You can no longer do so. So now you have to remember everyone account number? Unsecure practice for one. For two it is inconvenient, and it is far more than that because the feature was there before. But then GNCU wants to make it worse for there members. This app has a very clean, easy-to-read interface. The navigation is intuitive as well. I’m always easily able to find what I’m looking for without having to struggle. Some of the functions require logging in to other portals, but that doesn’t detract from the app. The account balances are featured prominently, and you can easily see at a glance how your funds are distributed across your accounts. (I just wish I had more money in mine, lol.) But this app is really nice and easy to use. There are a lot of functions, but it’s not cluttered or busy. Everything is easy to find. Overall, I really enjoy it. It’s made online banking tremendously easier.Show lessDeveloper Response

The app update is a great improvement from the prior app. Some of the features still aren’t quite as intuitive as I’d like. But the app allows you to do more and I love the mobile deposit and transfer money features.GNCU Banking App
I honestly liked the prior banking version better, as I was able to make remarks within the transaction content. This version is more restrictive and less intuitive. The one thing I see that has been consistently problematic for many years; there are NO reconciliation features. As a client, it’s beyond helpful to be able to mark off transactions and balance with my own records. I know other banks have this feature and it really does make a difference to the end user.Show lessBad n unsecured
Since the last update I lost the link of my accounts cannot re establish them ( the bank cannot do anything for this) last Night I found an un-authorized monthly scheduled payment to one of my credit cards ( fortunately I found and deleted the payment before it is executed on December 2nd)

The new GNCU app is awful. It doesn’t refresh your balance unless you completely close down the app and re-open it. It doesn’t show you your account number when you’re looking for it. When you go and call the support number and they try and help you with it the screen that they see is not the screen that you see. I’ve had nothing but problems with this bank and this app for the last year now.Show lessTerence Guzman
Still very new to me , but having an fairly easy time with the app. The more I surf your website, the more enjoyable it gets thank you Aloha 🤙🏽I love it!
So much better than the last app they had. The only thing is I can’t figure out how to use zelle on this one
