    This app is so easy to use. Log on quickly and balance is available
  • Not User Friendly

    I think GNCU had good intentions but this app fell short. Way too much having to navigate back to the Home Screen to start a task. Feels Doesn’t feel like using an app, feels like surfing a website from a phone screen. Having to click multiple times to find anything and the fact that the new software wiped out all of our old info, has been beyond frustrating. Setting up transfers to fellow GNCU members failed as well, since you aren’t using full account numbers to validate info. This could be good but needs a lot of TLC.

  • Sometimes change is bad

    I liked the old app better. This one is bad math sometimes and shows me wrong account balances. I noticed it when it subtracted a charge twice. It fixed itself after a few hours, but the possibility of an incorrect NSF makes me less than confident in this new digital bank system.

  • Nice App

    The app has a great performance so far. I think this version of Greater Nevada Mobile is si much better than the old one. Keep doing the great job guys.
  • Much better

    So far the app is much better than the old one.. however navigating around is a bit difficult since you can’t just back out of a screen , you have to use that menu button. It took me a while to figure out how to make a loan payment

  • ⚾️ In The Game Now!

    Now we’re talking 😊 Not sure why all the bad reviews. Finally have History of Transactions and more! I’ve only started to look around…still need to find settings for things like email notifications for new transactions… Getting Security Notifications though 😉 Fantastic move forward…Thank you! Think I’ll wait a bit on this update though, afraid to spoil a good thing. Come on - Congratulate Them, this is a Massive Improvement!

  • Bill pay needs improvement

    My “pending “ payments don’t show up under the “pending “ payment tab. I’ve accidentally double paid bills because of this! Not cool
  • New website

    New website won’t let me view all accounts on 1 login. Makes transferring between them harder and not immediate. Had to link accounts to both business and personal. Transfers between now dont post right away and have to wait 24 hours to see transfer.
  • Functional app that makes banking easy

    This was s a new app by GNCU and it is much improved over the old app. Great job Greater Nevada. Little slow getting her but a much improved experience.
  • Easy to use.

    So easy to deposit a check using the app especially for someone who is short in time to get to the bank.
