I would give this zero stars but they don’t give you that option. Trying to use this app on my iPad admittedly an older one so it says I need the older version so I download it then when you open the older version it has a block on it saying there is a newer version when you go back to this app it says you need the older version!

Log in
I can use my email and password to log in on the PG&E website but how come I can’t log in at the app? It shows my email is not registered. They should be the same, right?
Garbage App
Wont recognize my login information. But somehow the odd backwards browser internal to OnePassword will.
Either not meant for my area of Portland or a total piece of useless trash. Either way 1 Star do not recommend.

Horrible
App won’t let me sign in. Tried resetting the password but ultimately was routes to the automated line to pay my bill. Such a waste of time and space.
Just downloaded and isn't working (yet)
App seems disappointing so far. If you want to pay your bill by credit card, the app just opens a browser page for you to provide the credit card details, AND makes you scroll about 20 times to read and accept language authorizing the transaction. There's so much language that it reads like a car leasing document. And currently to top it off, the app is telling me I'm not authorized to view my own energy usage! (?!?). It doesn't get better in a week it'll be deleted.

Could be a great app but it won’t log me in
App keeps crashing
Tried logging in my iPhone 11pro max. iOS version 13.6 using the latest version of the app. I double checked my login info and it closes when I select done...
Not accurate
Doesn’t show accurate information. The address showing for me is two addresses ago. Website shows more accurately. I also had my new address updated incorrectly but since the app was showing totally wrong. I didn’t know until two weeks later. Thankfully I caught if before the first bill went out according to the rep I spoke to.

Disappointing
As usual PGEs tools are disappointing, as with there practices and specifically their customer service department. They are not doing the right thing for certain employees.
Not useful
Doesn’t work for outages unless enrolled in paperless billing.
