Customer service terms are terrible. I will never recommend Bici playa again. always excuses never accountable. The app would not work when I had a subscription and they won’t even give a partial refund. The just give excuses as it’s their ‘terms’. Last year I used the app and they updated the app and I lost two days of my plan, again no refund. Just be aware that they will never be accountable if something goes wrong. It’s your fault Always. Like everything in Mexico once they have your money they don’t care about the customer.

Possible scamming
I got charged randomly to my card although I didn’t go beyond the time. Support is unresponsive.

Will be charged for defective equiment
Great service, horrible customer service. They will charge you “parking out of zone” fees of 150 pesos because their defective bikes randomly will decide you are out of zone. They used to be good about refunding these charges but recently stopped. Cannot recommend using anymore. Very unfortunate

No solution for temporary parking a bike while running an errand. They charge you $150 pesos for locking the bike, insane.

Our first time using it. We’re in playa del Carmen, I am pregnant, and it is hot! We stopped it for a minute and it charged is $500 pesos! Are you crazy. Contacted support and they said there is not refund. Never using AGAIN

Worst customer support
I purchased an annual pass and still have 8 months left before it renews. I go to rent a bike and my subscription disappeared. I contacted customer support and they just stopes answering me after I explained the situation. So unless you want to get ripped off I would avoid using this service.
The people who designed this app should be fired
I’m pretty sure developers are UXing this thing.. I could not even get to the first screen. A drop down menu of flags??? Are you kidding me? That’s the dummest thing I’ve ever seen in my life. And then the USA flag has the wrong area code.. so you even care?? Just leave your desks and go home, find another job. This is the worst product I’ve seen in ages I screen shot your flow as an example of how not to build an app. Awful
