Imposible acceder a asistencia
Me suspendieron la cuenta por supuesto mal uso. Al tratar de obtener asistencia nadie responde, las llamadas no son atendidas. Es una vergüenza, especialmente luego de pagar por una membresia anual.
Huge disappointment & rip-off
Seven out of the last 10 times I’ve tried to get a bicycle, the code would not scan. Customer service is very helpful, but WhatsApp doesn’t work without Wi-Fi, so every time this happens I have to walk home to contact them. Unfortunately, I paid for a year and there is no refund. Plus, you are limited to 30 minutes on the bike or they will charge you $5 usd. It is much easier and cost-effective to just rent a bicycle for the day/week somewhere else in town. BiciPlaya is a great idea, but way too many bugs need to be worked out before I could ever recommend this subscription.

Worst bicycle app ever
I never write review but I think it’s a good time to start. It’s a terrible apps with a terrible customer service. Good luck
App not working + data infringement
I tried using three different cards to purchase a plan, cards are accepted but the transaction is rejected each time and I’m asked to try any payment system... like what? Cash :D
Also and this is more worrisome when I deleted the app all of my data, credit card information include, was actually kept in their system because my whole profile popped up when I gave this app a second chance after “deleting” it. So basically there’s no way to actually delete my account which is absolutely insane and completely illegal.

Great service!
The service is awesome you pay less than $20 dollars and you can ride the bikes all year. The only thing you need to be careful is not to go over the 30 min limit. But, there are station all over Playa so you can easily re-rent although you can get pretty much everywhere in playa within 30 min. You can return them and pick them up at any station. Sometimes the bikes take a little time to unlock or don’t work, but you just get another bike. For me it has worked out great. I have transportation anywhere I want to go within Playa and stations all over.

Not great
Got the app and it worked great. I was very, very happy. It was so easy, just scan unlock and go. The app suddenly stopped working well. The hours of operation are 6 AM to 11 PM. I went to get a bike at 6:50 AM in the app would not work. I tried contacting customer service through WhatsApp, but they're not open till 8 AM. The map no longer shows the area in cycle stations. it also doesn't let me scan a Bike. I'm thinking it's just a glitch, but that makes me not read it five stars like I did originally. Make sure you read all the terms and condition before you get a contract. It's a great rate for the annual contract, however you have to return it every 30 minutes and then wait at least five minutes to rent it again. The late penalty is not that bad since it's only MXN $30 pesos (US $1.36) for up to 30 minutes late. there are other penalties, so read the terms and use it carefully and it will be a great deal, provided the system is working. ☹️

Beyond horrible
I downloaded the app and paid for a bike. Removed bike from rack to find front wheel was shaky and unsafe and steering was terrible. And hand brakes hardly worked. Messaged customer service to help and give me a new bike and they had no interest. And the terms of the rental are odd- you have to return the bike to a station every 30 minutes or get charged more. And if you ride the bike outside the limited area you get charged $30 US or $500 pesos. Wish I could give 0 stars. So terrible.
