Waste of Money!!!
Crappy App….my frame has no photos because of this app!! I was excited to download my family photos and enjoy them daily instead…this app has frustrated me! Connection issues, crashes, photos not uploading…why did they create such trash!! I wasted my money on a frame that partnered with a crappy app!! They haven’t heard the end of me!! I need a refund for this frame!!

This works if
On the photo viewer click on the picture on the Home Screen to make sure your account and email account has been added and is displayed along with all the other media types then when you send a photo it should display after about 5 minutes
No customer support
This unfortunately was a high rated product when I bought it for my mil years ago but now it’s useles. I cannot upload photos or rather I send them to her frame but they never show up. Setup was the most confusing, massive pain and nobody else in the family did it because of that so I am the sole uploader since I bought it for her. But now nothing is working and there is no customer service information to be found for help. I’m pretty sure they haven’t done any work on this app or frame since years ago when I got it or even once they created it.

App issues resolved
The instructions are not the best. I was given this frame as a gift a few years ago. I added over one hundred pictures following the initial set up instructions. It was worked well, but I decided it was time to upgrade my grandchildren and family pictures. I had to play around with it and did manage to delete the pictures, using the frame itself, rather than the app. I then selected another set of 114 pictures, adding 50, then 50, then 14
via my iPhone. I sent them and watched they were “progressing” and supposedly added. I also did this multiple times. Nothing. So I tried adding just one. Nope. I was about to give up but found the manual online. What they neglect to say is that some things are done through the phone app, and some things through the frame itself.
I finally figured out that the pictures are there, but you can’t see them UNLESS you go into the Settings- User Management and select the ID for you. A dropdown appears and if you choose View Pictures, you will see your new pictures! They should have made that evident in the instructions.
I would suggest that before selecting your pictures, you decide if the frame will be landscape or portrait, and choose only applicable pictures. I have always enjoyed this frame and am glad I figured this out. I hope it helps others who have had the same issue.

No problems
I was worried after reading the reviews. Have had frame in the box for over a year but just decided to open it and set it up. Expected frustrations and problems but none at all. Only took about 15 minutes from start to finish and I’m now enjoying all my favorite photos from my phone. A pleasant experience indeed!

User error?
I’m shocked at all the low reviews. When I saw them, I almost returned it before even turning it on. But I decided to try and it was surprisingly easy. I connected to the ID and just started sending photos from my phone. You can only send 50 at a time which is a bit tedious but in a couple days, I’ve managed to send about 1000 photos and it’s working great. No issues at all. Only had it a couple days but it seems like the low ratings are mostly or all related to set up, not longevity or durability. Give it a chance and follow instructions.

Waste of time and money
I gave a 1 star only because you can’t give a 0 one. This app is absolutely garbage totally useless
Does not work at all
I was able to send pics over a year ago. Have not been able to send anything since then. The app says it’s been delivered but nothing shows up. My frame is connected to the internet and my device is abound but it’s useless NOTHING WORKS! Emails all get sent back to me. No one has helped me when I have reached out.

Good frame but
Very poor app for ios hard to transfer picture crash

Frame quality is okay, though I wish it allowed for a little more control via touch screen, like cropping or brightness.
The app is basically useless after setup. Most of my photos are saved to Google Photos, so I uploaded via email (less than 20MB per email). I really wish the photos would show up on the app for cropping like on the Aura frame. It is ridiculous that you can’t even see, never mind edit, the photos in the app.
Now I have to go through, download photos from cloud storage, edit them to the right aspect ratio (which is also very odd on the display, it’s super narrow) and re-upload to the frame.
This frame was a company gift, if I was choosing myself I would have gone with Aura as the app is much more intuitive and stream-lined.
