I’m hoping that I’m still able to return this picture frame.
After trying for 20 minutes to get photos uploaded to it, there is no way to get to do anything other than show the default. And I’m speaking as a software engineer, who has written Internet applications for the last 25 years. I can’t even begin to imagine what older folks are going through.
Releasing something like this to the public should be criminal. I would avoid this thing at all costs.

The interface is good to see the explosion
Before Andrọid, I heard from my friends that this app was dead in a hurry. Now it feels really good to use it. Ah, I can also use it to praise one.
Freezing
I don’t know what’s happened to this app. It’s no longer working. I try to send a photo and the whole app freezes while it’s trying to send. I can’t figure out how to troubleshoot since the developer website and the app support don’t load at all. I’m so disappointed since it was such a great way to connect with grandparents. :(

Is it possible to download photos, I lost the original and would like to download it again to my pc.
Common issue fix in permissions
For those who are saying they can’t upload any additional pictures after the first go around, I had the same issue- if you go to settings and allow OurPhoto to view “all photos“ it eliminates this issue. Good luck!
Bogus Reviews for a 3rd rate app
Instructions with the photo frame are poorly written and vague. And they don't align with the current version of the app. Wondering if the manufacturer has shut down the automated setup verification routine and mail server that delivers photos to the device, because my new frame will not respond to the app in order to complete the setup.
