Very overpriced now

This has been a useful app, but only for a short while. The developer is now raising the price of the subscription for this app by 100%, which is not a good move and doesn’t bode well, and isn’t something I can endorse or continue with. Sometime greed will make an app fail, and a 100% increase in a year is never a good look. It shows the developer is happy to price themselves out of the market. Will this happen again in the next twelve month period? When does this end? This is a Good, but not essential app. So this will be a cancellation from me rather than a renewal.

Doesn’t track sleep

So I have had this app previously and it worked brilliant tracked my sleep and really helped, however I have now resubscribed and it hasn’t tracked my sleep at all, all the setting are as they should be.

Very disappointed and now I am out of pocket thankfully it was only £2.99

You can enable sleep mode option in the NapBot settings. In this case, it will track your sleep only when you enable Sleep Focus on your Apple Watch, but it improves accuracy a lot.

Rip off!

Don’t download this app because it’s a rip off! When you click cancel subscription it doesn’t work and they keep billing you!

NapBot doesn’t charging you for money. You can monitor and cancel your subscriptions via App Store app in your profile section.

Unreliable application

Great concept; Bad execution

I really want to like this app but there is something seriously wrong with it. I haven’t even slept with it one night so it’s pulling the data from last night, a night that I got zero sleep (insomnia - so I’m positive). Not a big deal but for some bizarre reason the “in bed” times are completely off (they are correct in Health) and it keeps insisting that I slept for several hours during a time period I was definitely up and was playing on my phone no less so it was definitely tracked as “awake” on the health app. It wouldn’t be a huge deal but you can’t edit the bad data that gets generated and have it stay (give it a couple minutes and it will vanish); to edit you HAVE to have a time asleep in a given range (despite it randomly saying I was asleep in 3 different segments that I was wide awake), and you flat out can’t delete bad segments.

Results different from apple Health?

Results are way différents in NapBot gave me many deep sleep that are not in apple health? Many awake minutes on Health app almost nothing in NapBot? Enable are on in settings (focus)! Second does not track a afternoon nap? I should have switch off enable settings maybe?

NapBot provides two different approaches in sleep tracking. Try to switch it off and it should work better for you.

Worked for a week then missed a night and now tracking is useless.. has become a waste of time.

The best

The free version is better than any paid sleep app I’ve tried. I have found a reliable sleep tracker since I switched from a Fitbit to an Apple Watch. The others have ugly, clunky layouts or are bad at picking up naps and daytime sleep sessions (I work nights often). I might upgrade to the paid version down the line.

Doesn’t Match

I know when i’m awake & asleep because my 1 yr old wakes me up. It’s generally accurate about times i’ve woken up but doesn’t over all match. Now my 3 stars were given because i had previously written does the “results” over last 3 days before buying premium version and when i did my sleep history came up & was COMPLETELY different than previous days. Plus i know it was inaccurate because it was showing me sleeping through the night. I wake up at midnight & 4 am almost every night for minutes at a time.
