  • Don’t expect them to cover you!

    I was in an accident in a rental car, I had FULL coverage and when I filed the claim they refused to get it..now I’m filing bankruptcy..thanks for nothing!!
  • Was Very Happy With Motion Until Today

    I needed to cut expenses and looked around for new car insurance. I signed up with Motion and got the exact same coverage I had at The General for over half the cost. I happily paid my premium each month and was planning to renew with Motion when my coverage year ended. Well I got a letter from Motion stating they were canceling my coverage at the end of my coverage year which is in another month. The reason given was that the program I was in was done away with and I was not a good fit for any other insurance product. I do appreciate a little bit of the heads up on the cancellation. At the same time I’m very angry and disappointed because I thought I finally found the coverage I needed at a price I could afford. My budget is very tight and this is the last thing I need. I won’t be recommending you to anyone because they will only get a year of coverage out of you guys anyway. For all of the complaints I have heard about you people, I gave you a chance anyway and you proved everyone right. Thanks for the “great” year!🤬

  • DO NOT USE THIS INSURANCE COMPANY

    As Of the date of this review I am still waiting for payment on an accident I had in September of 2021. This insurance company does not handle its own claims it uses a third party called DMA claims which will not answer calls, return emails, or give you a straight answer. They string you along and tell you they’re sending the claim to various departments which are other third party companies. BEWARE. If you have a current policy I encourage you to seek coverage elsewhere or end up in the same loop as I am with no way to force this crooked company to pay. Motion auto closed it’s office in my state (utah) after one year of operation.

  • Stole my money fraud insurance

    After my 6 months were up it charged me 300 dollars and deleted my account and customer service did not help me.
  • App never loads

    I feel like ever time I try to open app, it never works. I’ve had no problem getting the insurance I need or emailing customer service. So the co seems to do their job well. Just not the app. So maybe they can work on that.
  • Horrible Service. App Never Works.

    lost a customer. how am o supposed to check on my stuff when i can’t even access the app?? and have to put my login in EVERY time. what is up with that. DO BETTER
  • Crappy app

    So the app hardly works so I am glad that I went ahead and screen shot my insurance card and my pay came out automatically.
    Hopefully my payment will go down some because I almost put the same amount as my car note.
  • Can’t connect

    Every time I open the app it says it can’t connect to network I have perfect internet connection I’ve tried it using mobile data as well and still couldn’t get on won’t even bring me to the login screen it worked on my old Samsung but won’t work on my iPhone
  • Affordable Service, Terrible App

    First, it’s really annoying that they don’t have a desktop app so you have no choice but to use their crappy mobile app. Problems: 1. Does not keep your login information or allow you to automatically save to the keychain so you have to manually enter in your info every time. 2. Duplicates and triplicates your payment methods for seemingly no reason. So you’ll have 6 entries for just two unique cards. 3. There is no way to delete payment methods. They’re just in there forever. 4. The Accounts tab was not given even 10 seconds worth of effort to design. The formatting is messed up and looks really unprofessional. Not to mention the whole page is just entirely useless. It actually does absolutely nothing that the other tabs couldn’t do.

    Motion Auto, if you’re listening, please fix this. Your service as a whole isn’t bad, but if you’re making your customers depend on your mobile app you better make it work right.

  • The worst app ever

    This app is so outdated and needs fixing! I can only log in to my account but can’t access anything. I can’t see the payments I’ve made nor the upcoming payments. It’s so disappointing!! I can’t pull up my policies or nothing! The only part I have access to is to help link where it shows you the number to call that’s about it. This has been like this for 2 months and still the same.
