Under-Developed App
This app is crap. I recently filed a claim over the phone, because I wrecked my vehicle, and there’s no FREAKING WAY I can look at the status of my accident claim! I want to get my car repaired and because the holiday was RIGHT IN THE MIDDLE of the claims processing process, it feels like it is taking a hundred years to finally get a claim repair approval!!! This app doesn’t help matters much, either! It won’t let me look at the progress of my claim!Show lessFedUPtoHERE!!!

This app doesn’t ever load. It takes any login information then everything else on the app is blank or says the Policy holder can only view but I am the policy holder! I’ve deleted, redownloaded the app, waited a week or two and it STILL isn’t working and I STILL haven’t gotten an email back from anyone because Next month I will be cancelling this scam of insurance!!Show lessAviAura

I like it, it works from time to time but it really needs an update because it keeps freezing a lot and that can’t happen because anything can happen and I don’t want the app to freeze on me when something terrible is happening. Please fix the app, Thank You very much!ASanch2002
