Here's how to Connect
Very difficult to connect to wi-fi. Apple's fault. You have to go to Settings, then Wi-Fi, then allow Time ISO as if it were a wi-fi channel (like connecting at an airport or Starbucks or wherever).
Very unintuitive but probably a security feature of Apple's. Once you get it to work it's actually pretty good. But 3 stars for terribly incomplete instructions included with the endoscope product. Useless instructions on the app itself.

This app is garbage
If you bought something requiring this app I suggest you return it ASAP. Even if you get it to work — it will stop working after your return by date, and then only work 1/100
The device is a camera connected to phone via wi-fi via this app — it works 1% of the time, and when it does work it’s just fine and does what it is sold as.
99% of times I’ve tried to use the device it will not connect to the wi-fi.

No Focus No brightness control
I have owned and used this two years. The ear canal or Tooth camera is great except that it relies on one focal length. Because of this, the object is more often out of focus than the camera could potentially be if this feature was adjustable. Also, the singular focus could adapt better if the brightness of the LEDs could be adjusted. They are typically over bright, causing the camera to attenuate, and become blurry due to being overwhelmed by so much light.Show lessPeter Veri at Fair Realty
Waste of time
You need an app to use this, but they make it sound like you simply connect to the wifi - not so easy. Asks for a password but it’s not your wifi password. What is it? Who the heck knows.MH-2016m

App Doesn’t work!
I’d give zero stars if I could! Every time I try to use my wireless Otoscope Camera, I get a message saying “there is no Internet connection”. I have no problem with my Internet connection. There’s something wrong with this device & app. Very little information was included with the device. Only a small piece of paper with a few instructions that do not help. Cannot go to a website & cannot contact anyone to get help. The device is useless without the app.
I connect to the TIMESISO Wi-Fi & enter the password 12345678 but continue to get an error of “no Internet connection”. I am using an iPhone 14 Pro. Very frustrating!!Show lessSBMC70

Ive had this blackhead remover for years. It’s worked the entire time. The only frustrating part is sometimes the camera lags or freezes but it fixes itself, and usually only happens if you’re using it for awhile.PigeonMoth
