Have product and download the app and I am all connected to internet and the app says I am not . Do not know how to fix problem because there is no help page .ejssfs

I RARELY write reviews but I felt compelled to do so. This product works great! My ears have never been cleaner. I was also able to check my dogs ears easily bc she has constant ear infections as she’s gotten older.

Camera is clear but need work on app
Like other review. It seems to keep orienting itself. Very difficult to maneuver. Picture and focus is very clear. Why are the other 13 reviews hidden?Cable QC
