I followed the description of a subscriber. In Apple
after turning on your ’earpick’ go to settings > wi-fi, and select your device for connection. Then turn on your app and select wi-fi. Will work great.Nafgrand
Pretty good
For a while it worked perfectly but now that I’ve had it for some time, the camera lags by like 30 seconds! This basically makes it unusableMayceeeee

I see people giving horrible reviews for a device and app that work amazing! You don’t connect the device via Bluetooth or anything like you would normally connect a device. It connects via your Wi-Fi. It’s clearly in the instructions. If you connect it properly, it works amazing! Took amazing pictures of my ruptured eardrum that I can use on a virtual visit with my doctor as I’m disabled and can’t drive. If I could post the pics, I would just so you could see the quality.Show lessMellyberry84

Easy App to install and navigate. No problems as of yet but I’ve only just started using it recently and will update if I need too.MUMKB
Worked briefly
This was fantastic when I first got it but the developers haven’t updated the app for over a year, and it no longer works. Basically it is supposed to create its own little WiFi network but it won’t, no matter how often you enter the password (12345678) as in instruction leaflet. Have also tried uninstalling and re downloading app, as well as switching off iPhone. So the otoscope is now a useless pile of tat.Show lessSmalltownheaven
Doesn’t work
I’ve tried to use this so many times but after a few second of connecting it will just turn off. It’s fully charged and just decides to randomly shut itself off. Very disappointing101bry
