PLEASE tell me why the ability to switch the orientation of the camera was taken away?? The camera is now oriented to the side and it makes it nearly impossible to use the devices. Literally ruined the entire thing with that one change. I can’t understand the reasoning behind it. Fix it please.Rn.solid
Image format
Overall, this app works fine. The images from the endoscope show up and can be captured. Curiously, the images, once save to your phone (jpg) can’t be sent via test message for some reason, which isn’t very useful for my application. This just changed recently, not sure why.Medicward
Won’t hook to WiFi anymore
I used it yesterday morning and after some difficulty, finally paired to the WiFi. Since then I can’t hook to the WiFi at all. It seems to connect, then says “No internet connection.” My router is on and connected. Everything else that is WiFi in the house works. I’m in the same room as the router. I deleted and reinstalled the app. Made no difference. There is something wrong with your update. iPhone 14 Pro, latest system update.Show lessJaythecat
Not working!
Please fix. Updated app and now doesn’t work. Can connect to wifi, but app doesn’t open and show camera. Hope there is a support team.fireflower1
Worked great until most recent update
Loved the product and it worked fine with the app for several months now.
It updated to version 1.4.28 a week ago, and now even when it connects, it just shows a grey screen for the video feedmalgoo519

Do not use!!
Tracks your data and also uses your location even when you have deleted the app. I only noticed this when I was on another app using my location and this apps name appeared under ‘location services’. I wouldn’t have noticed as it doesn’t appear on your settings once you’ve deleted it but still tracks your location.

Connection
The app had never given me problems until recently. The image is constantly freezing or severely delayed. I thought it was the device so I got a new one and even with this new one the issue is still happening. DisappointedPandas rule I guess
WiFi connect is to the device
It took a bit, but I finally figured out that the app isn’t asking you to connect your phone to a random WiFi, but to the device itself which works via WiFi instead of Bluetooth. So look for Timesiso-(some number) in your available wifi networks. No password needed… Then, voi la you’re able to use the app and see what’s on the camera.
I’m having trouble getting a super clear pic, though. Not sure if it’s new user error, but hopefully I’ll get it figured out.Show lessjfkendbflfm
Poor product
It worked when I first bought it, you could never really adjust the picture to pick up a clear image, but now it’s completely out of focus no matter how much I adjust it and it’s not the lens requiring cleaning. Must have only used it four times looks like another waste of money.Silver foxuk
