Super fun, object controls a bit confusing
This game was a blast. I played it all the way through. This game was perfect for me because normally I don’t like puzzle games because they are too hard. But this one is the perfect difficulty. The soundtrack was amazing as well as the graphics. Beautiful. The only thing was that the controls for using an object were difficult. I couldn’t tell if I couldn’t use an object, or if I just wasn’t putting it in the right spot. Overall, amazing game. Would love to see more levels.

Hard to move around
It’s probably just me but I cannot get the hang of moving around on the iPad version. The slightest deviation from my intended direction and I’m swerving like a drunkard. I suppose mastering the technique is part of the fun for those who can do it.
Great idea
The game is pretty interesting. I love the ideas and the execution is good aside from the interactive elements. It doesn’t seem to work that well as an iOS game. It is also a shame that it hints there will be more game but then just shows the credits
I ended up looking at a walkthrough as I got stuck and then found out that the thing I tried first was the way to progress. I spent about five to ten mins just trying to get the game to allow me to progress. The control seemed way too difficult to get right
Also moving the view controls side over past halfway would stop changing the view direction. This feels very odd when using and has not been the case in several of the other iOS games I have played (for quite a while). Please just track the finger I use and assign it the control depending on which side I start on
As I said the game is a great game but there are a lot of infuriating aspects to the controls

This game is very well made
I did enjoy this game but it was a little frustrating when I got stuck.. other than that the game is a really good game. The controls could use some help and if a run butter was added that would be very helpful. I finished the game but I still haven’t understood completely what it’s about.
If developers see this could you maybe make when going up/down stairs/ladders it was a little bit faster because one time I had a really good idea as to where I was going but then I forgot. Not super duper fast, but you know maybe a LITTLE bit faster.

Not obvious but brilliant
Really enjoyed playing this game, the thing I enjoyed the most was that it wasn’t obvious and too easy the fact I found my self stuck on a puzzle for an hour or so made even more rewarding when I did finally solve it.
Keep up the good work, can’t wait for more!

Really cool game reminds me a bit of myst
Just finished this game and I will agree some of the clues weren’t straight forward a picture to push into the tv wasn’t really straight obvious. However that set a part this game was a real joy to play not very often I have a game on my phone that i finish right to the end!
Played it in my Apple TV with a controller which worked well! However didn’t do the touch controls so can’t comment. However others I have seen have said the touch controls weren’t easy, certainly try the controller if you find touch control difficult.

Feels Like a Demo
I really enjoyed this game!
The atmosphere and overall aesthetic were superb, and the puzzles were creative enough to keep me interested and hungry for more. Only.... there wasn’t any more.
I found myself drawn in by the mysterious world Discolored presented, fully invested to explore what looked like at least three or four more regions suffering from the same de-saturated fate. I was fascinated by the lore Shifty-Eyed games had spun, but sadly as I geared up to leap into the next stage, I was met with the sudden and unexpected credit-roll!
While I have no problem with developers releasing demos for their works in hopes of attracting an audience, Discolored leaves a sour taste in my mouth regarding the whole Apple Arcade platform.
Apple Arcade tours itself as a flat rate service that does away with the dangers of a less curated App Store drought with demos and incomplete games only looking to rope in potential customers.
So far I have to say I’ve been really disappointed with the mostly half-baked experiences I’ve had here so far. What’s most frustrating of all is just how GOOD these little snippets of games have been!
So far with no clear indication of if Discolored or many of the other games I’ve tried on Apple Arcade will ever receive content updates, I’m left to assume that developers are more than happy to take whatever contract payment Apple offers for their incomplete works and go about their merry ways.
It’s terribly disappointing.

Don’t give up too easily.
This game can be frustrating because it doesn’t hold your hand and leaves you to work out what you need to do (a bit like Myst).
I you persevere you’ll start to spot things you can do and the clues that point to other things. For those who are totally stuck you can turn on hint mode in settings which pops up a prompt to use the viewer to get a hint about what you should be doing.
Yes, it’s quite short but there is a hint of more to come.
Only four stars though because some of the hidden achievements are can’t really be guessed without knowing their name and the timing of one of them makes it almost impossible to get in the iOS version.

Try it out
If you were a fan of the older escape-room style games like I was, then this game will appeal to you. Although like others have mentioned the movement and interaction can be clunky, I found that it helps to modify the settings to give you more field of view and increased sensitivity.
About the game: can be frustrating when you get stuck and can’t figure out what to do next. But that’s also what is fun about it! Think outside the box a bit and try combining items that you wouldn’t necessarily think make sense. Have fun!
Would give 5 stars if the movement/interaction could be a tad more smooth.

Loved it, waiting for more.
TL;DR I loved this highly interactive puzzle game and i look forward to playing more chapters when they become available.
I wasn’t immediately captivated, as it involved a learning curve, but shortly into the game I became enticed by the concept. As soon as I mastered the controls, I was hooked. The scenery and story ideas going into the making of this game were unique and beautifully symbolic. 👁 My only complaint really was the movement around the map/areas could have been a bit more streamlined and quicker.
