I don’t know who Healy has hired to build their apps, but they are the most incompetent bunch I’ve ever seen. Yesterday’s update once again has left the app in a frozen state, stuck on the loading screen.
For products this expensive this is unacceptable.In search of lost time

I use the Healy apps multiple times a day. Where things were clunky, this app improves with every use and becomes a very functional thing to access.
It looks better too and is more intuitive to use.
In fact it is an amazing database of information that I can use to set myself up with protocols for specific issues, with reminders to run programs at specific times of the day.
Healy seem to be constantly updating and improving. At the moment the company is only 5 years old and I look forward to seeing what else they will develop and bring to market.Show lesszammara

I constantly have to uninstall and reinstall this app for it to work. It regularly will not function. Support helps but is cumbersome and slow to respond. I do not recommend this product.Not very reliable.
Terrible!!!
This app never recognizes my login. When it directs me to the main Healy site to reset login info, I login (with same login btw) but cannot get around this fiasco of an issue. Please fix this!!!! I love Healy, have paid a lot for it, and would really like to use all that’s available. Thank youLifeNBalance
Terrible, confusing, buggy app
First off — I really like the Healy and have no complaints about the programs themselves. However the HealAdvisor app is a disaster. It doesn’t appear to have any internal memory — it constantly forgets that I’m logged in, so I have to sign in again, and whenever I do so it ERASES my previous data. Any saved programs in the program pool = gone. Any schedules I had created = gone. This isn’t a multi-device issue. I’m using one iPhone, one account, and it can’t remember things for 24 hours.
On a similar note, I’m not sure what the point is of having an account at all. The app makes a big deal about “syncing your cloud data” whenever I open it, but it clearly doesn’t store anything useful in the cloud or it would remember me from day to day. I bought my Healy with this account, but it amazingly cannot figure out what programs I own, because it asks me every time to select them. I don’t remember all the names, so I have to go to the regular Healy app and compare to select them all. Don’t know what the point is since it’ll forget all about it in 30 minutes!
TL;DR: the app is awful. I don’t know how they can get away with this given the cost of the HealAdvisor editions. Absolutely appalling development standards. I have gotten free beta apps that aren’t half as buggy as this one is. FIX IT!Show lessSearch Function
I miss the assistant. Now that I have to type an issue in, I get strange choices that pop up to choose from. For instance, when typing inflammation in the search bar, the word Balance appears several times with numbers behind it. I have no idea what that means. If I type inflammation in and hit “Done”, no programs come up at all. I need directions on how to use it. The tutorials don’t help.Show lessTallVal

The renaming and numbering of the search term recommendations was done due to the thematic sorting in the Healy database structure. From now on you will find main categories like "Vitality". In these, there are specific program recommendations for your respective search term, such as "Vitality 5" or "Vitality 25". When you search, a list of suggestions appears from which you can choose. The top suggestion has the most exact match with the search term you entered. Selecting this will give you a list of recommended Healy IMF programs. The numbers next to the program search term recommendations in the drop-down menu refer to different topics associated with the same topic group. Please note that they have nothing to do with the number of related IMF program recommendations associated with that search term. Further search optimizations can be expected in the future updates. This app is constantly not working or changing itself without any previous notifications, I use it one time and the next time I wanted to do another protocol it made me sing in again , enter my password and it did not open in full version … it wants me to go on tutorial mode and I have an account with it… so disappointedShow less22c00k13
It’s ok
It’s helpful if you happen to enter the words it knows but just as often you have to enter peripheral words and beat around the bush to find what you’re looking for. I have no idea why under this app is the setting for applying high frequency. Also I don’t know why it has the wrong programs for my Healy.Show less1231riley
