  • All my programs have disappeared

    I love my Healy but I dislike very much the lack of support. I updated my Healy advisor yesterday and all my programs disappeared . I can’t use my Healy advisor. Who is going to help me?

    Pay for The subscriptions and don’t get them. No one gets back to you. Pay for months and no apps work and no refund. Back service from Healy.
  • Not acceptable at all

    The search function is not working. The result I received for “constipation” and many other very common symptoms the result were always :unfortunately, no suitable Healy programs could be found. 😩Also, I choose English language but there are some German words mixed in English.😱 Some pages are completely German words. This app is a joke! 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻
    I love the function of Healy device but their software designed and the customer service are not acceptable at all unfortunately!🤦🏾‍♀️

    Dear oneness world, thank you for using the Healy and for sharing your feedback about the HealAdvisor App with us. We are sorry that the search function didn't work for you. We have tried searching for constipation and it worked. Are you using the english version when searching with english terms? You need to use the language you are using the app with for searching for programs. We sorry for some german words and working always on completely translating every language version. If you find a word, which is not translated please send us a screenshot via a support ticket. Our customer service is also working hard on responding to every ticket. Due to a huge amount of tickets currently, it takes some more time to get back to every ticket. Please be patient with us! Thank you and enjoy your Healy moments, Your Healy World Team
  • Unusable

    Would be great if the English version with the English setting would read in English. German titles and program readings - have deleted and reloaded. Still no fix. Customer service non-existent for support. Waste of a $ subscription and app until this is fixed.
  • Does not work and NO support

    I paid over $100 for a monthly subscription several weeks ago. I can’t get in to use the subscription and there is NO response from the company. Very disappointing!!!
    They have my money and I have nothing in return including no response!!
