  • Keeps becoming inactive!

    Even though payment has been made, this app keeps
    Dropping out and becoming inactive! So frustrating!!! Response from Healy is very slow
  • Not working

    I purchased the subscriptions. However, the app recognizes my name and serial number, but claims subscriptions are inactive. I am paying $130 for my subscriptions. No customer service phone or person to talk to. This app is not ready to be usable. Do NOT buy!!
  • LOVE this company but DN needs work

    I love the concept of this but there are a few things that would make it instantly better.
    1-Use the resonance feature to identify need rather than user input alone.
    2-Allow for multiple profiles! I have three in my family. It’s very clumsy to re-enter needs for each of us each time we use it and makes scheduling useless.
    3-Entering a condition often comes up with no results - only to find the condition in a list. Example: no results for Candida when searching but it comes up as a list choice. Info is there but not connecting.
    4-App recommends nutrition and programs but not frequency. How often should I run this nutrient? Without resonance, how do I know I still need it?

  • Digital Nutrition

    I purchased the DN subscription and downloaded this app, but there are zero instructions on how to activate the app. I was hoping it would just work since I had to enter my Healy’s serial number when I purchased the subscription, but didn’t happen. The app support page here goes to a 404 error page.

    I heard the DN application is getting a huge upgrade at the end of 2020!

    I can’t really tell what it supposed to do now from the Shop’s description that’s any different than the resonance amino acids and other programs? I purchased so I could see if I’m missing something cool.

    Waiting now on support to answer my email about how to activate. Sending LOVE to Healy, this company needs healing.

    This start up company/product needs help!! How to use the app and setup is useless! Will be waiting until they can get it right!

    Great company, great product, but “lots” of work needed to improve this app.
  • Not what I expected

    I thought the app did more than it does. Not worth 100$ a month for sure.
  • Reputation and trust is everything

    I am rooting for this company but it has a lot of improvements to make. This app just barely works, and based on what I read I am not buying the subscription until there more updates to make it more functional and bugs are fixed. I get that it is a process. Hope they stay on making consistent progress and also improve their level of communication in regards to replying to people in a timely fashion and addressing the issues presented. Lots of potential in this company but also they have lots of work ahead of them.
