  • Don’t waste your Money!

    This app doesn’t work at all. I paid the $100+ one week ago for the Healy DNA to run nutrition scans. I have done every single thing possible and can’t get the app to activate. Of course, no response from customer service. I already asked for a refund for the whole device and they said there is only a 14 day refund period. That’s the smallest refund period ever fora very disappointing device. I see the potential in this product but this company should not do business until they can get it together.

We are very sorry, that you had a disappointing experience with our subscription. Here is what you can do: Please make sure you purchased the subscription. Most likely the subscription is not enabled yet (not yet activated). Please restart the App and check if your internet connection is good. You can also logout of your HealAdvisor account by going to Settings - Logout and then log back in, which should immediately start the cloud sync process again. If that does not help, you can try again a little later or contact support team via a submitting a ticket in your back office. Our lovely colleagues will call you back to help you solving this issue.     Two months not activated paying for it and it won’t activate. Did the update followed all directions to suv & update etc still won’t work :/

  • Can’t log on doesn’t work neither does customer service

    I love what it can do I hate that I buy a subscription it doesn’t activate or download. I buy the upgrade to Healy Plus from Gold. Nothing no upgrades it’s been weeks now. Then I figure because there is no customer service. Maybe I should buy the upgrade from Gold to Healy Holistic Health. Maybe doing this it will resolve the issue of the Healy Holistic Plus not downloading. Again no customer service available to speak to a real human being. The back end of this product is a living nightmare.

    The only person helping me is the person who sold it to me and even she is having trouble getting answers.

    I have spent real money on this app and I don’t have my product available immediately!!!! That’s insane!!!! Under downloads it shows nothing. Under orders it shows processing.

    How many weeks am I supposed to wait for a response. I even tried email and got a generic email that you can’t reply too. This is not ok!!!!

    Until things are corrected I won’t make a positive review.

We apologize, if you didn't receive an answer from our customer support and you had to solve this issue alone. Due to a huge increase of our sales, our customer support received many tickets and unfortunately was overwhelmed with this situation.     I can’t get this app to work at all❗️
    Absolutely frustrating ... This Co should be put out of business❗️
    Have been trying to use my new Healy for over a month now ... NO customer service, NO support, one problem after another❗️

    HAVE NEVER GOT TO USE THIS APP ❗️
    I’M SOOOO DONE❗️

    Hmmmm - every nickname I’ve tried to use has been refused for over an hour now!
    I guess every nickname in the book has been used .... WOW, is that ligical?????

  • Not working at all!

    Not syncing or working at all.
  • Paid Subscription but Inactive Subscription Message

    It has been over 24 hours, yet I get Inactive Subscription message. I have updated my phone, deleted/reinstalled the App, updated my profile...everything I and others in the FB group can think of. No clue why it won’t work. Why not offer a free 2-week trial so we don’t have to pay for time we’re not able to use the darn thing?!

  • What?

    I cannot get it to work at all. A previous version was great. Why does it only show me inactive programs? I can’t find any of my programs or run any of them and none of my data and clients seem to be in there anywhere. I love this product, and I will keep coming back to try and figure this new version out, but in the meanwhile I will use a previous version. It’s really hard to understand why they released this version?

  • Love the concept but...

    1. Don’t make me log in every single time

    2. I hardly ever find what I am searching for which makes me say..why do I have the app?

    3. Run the programs directly from the app instead of making me switch back and forth trying to connect my Healy each time. It is way too cumbersome

    4. It needs to be more user friendly. For example, I saw there was a list of symptoms somewhere but now I can’t find it. Put it at the bottom as one of the tabs?

  • I paid for a subscription and it won’t work

    I downloaded the app, I’m paying the $35 a month and it still says inactive subscription and has for two days. I’ve sent a ticket to customer support. I don’t understand why it won’t work.
