Good app that could be great
The idea behind the app is great, an app that helps find and rank cars for those shopping for a new or used vehicle. The major problem with the app is annoying pop ups which slows down the search. The pop ups include “congratulations you’ve found a hidden gem” and enable notifications for instant alerts. These pop ups are not instant and they take a few seconds to appear and have dynamic graphics. You cannot skip them or close them until the graphics allow you to. These notifications show up over and over and over as you use the app. Terrible user experience.Show lessIt’s me, The Guy.

Unbelievably helpful! Saved me time by showing what cars were available at dealers close to me. Was able to download carfax before even going to dealer. And even had PERSONALIZED service. Contacted the dealer and got me a price!! Also Buck sent me detailed info on the car model I was looking at, including what years to avoid. Amazing! A friend of mine recommended I check out CoPilot. I’ve found it very helpful, but there was a learning curve on how to use it. They are still in a Beta mode and I’ve had questions and made suggestions. I still wish once you build your wish list (profile) it would keep it without having to renter some data, but maybe I’m just not understanding how it works. All in all I like CoPilot and they have helped me find the car I want.Show lessChuckE4

I relied heavily on CoPilot throughout my recent car buying experience. It was invaluable to get frequent notifications about vehicles that met my criteria available in my area and even further away. In addition to an initial list, I would hear about price changes and newly available options. I could then look at dealer sites and decide whether to schedule a test drive, without traveling blindly to numerous dealerships. When I did go to a dealer, I was armed with comparable vehicle prices to help with negotiation. Overall, I felt much better prepared to work with a dealer and got the car I wanted for a good price!Show lessNY car buyer

Impressive!
I don’t usually write reviews but this one is absolutely incredible! It’s cut down on all the various apps I was using to try to find a new car. Premium app I keep waiting for them you want to charge me with how great it is but it’s been 100% free so far!!’Shellbell5150
Annoying (slow) animation limit usefulness
The app just takes WAY to long to see things you want to see… a list of vehicles matching your preferences.
From the beginning “bot” customer service agent asking questions; to the confetti when you click a match you want to see you (and have to wait for the animation to be over with before you can… fina…. wait.. no… finally see the button to continue.) — this app wastes time when you are wanting to find a car.Show lessthat piggy
Not user friendly
The app opens on a chat feature like you are chatting with customer service and they ask you a bunch of questions with typical time wasting customer service chat. Then it makes you choose a specific make and model. Not every customer is looking for a specific vehicle. I’m want to see all of what’s available and compare prices and features. Other apps let me look at “trucks” or “4WD” or a multitude of other categories that tailor the search to what I want instead of going ultra specific right from the beginning. This app needs work. Very buggy and overall annoying
App uses search based on what it thinks it should. Not sure why it won't let me input what I am actually searching for, would be useful if I could actually do that. Also, add a select all option when asking what we would like in a vehicle. After inputtng all the options, the app will change what you picked and your stuck with random years of vehicles along with what the app thinks you should be spending on car, not what you want to spend. You end up stuck with search criteria you did not want and therefore unable to do a proper search for vehicles.Show lessTangyb1764
App closes too soon...
I went to a Sellers website to read and look further and it seemed that I was away for 1.5 minutes only and the App Page which sent me a Notification to my iPhone decided that I was away too long and went back to the beginning page of the App.
