Internet Problem

I downloaded this app after reading a really comprehensive review of the Nissan Leaf and am very disappointed that this app only applies to Americans.

Didn’t work for me

Tried to use the app for a used car search. Inputted make / model ok Required features must have / nice to have I was able to go through a page or two and (NEXT) was highlighted at the bottom Continuing with options etc and then the page would scroll down and (NEXT) wasn’t highlighted?? At that point I couldn’t move on. Deleted and reinstalled the app on both my iPhone and IPad same thing. Permanently deleted both as I didn’t trust the app any longer nor did it work. Something seemed a little fishy Totally useless.
Added stars as the developer reached out and followed up.
Not interested any longer .

Does not work in uk. You can’t get past the Zip Code entry. It looks like it’s been like this for a few years, going of the reviews.

Has potential but missing or has inaccurate key items

1) no color of car given, photos are stock and not of actual vehicle. No way to know what you’re really looking at. Not knowing what color the car is I’m looking at is a deal breaker.
2) some trim packages are inconsistently represented. For example, RAV4 hybrid XSE is stated on some cars as not having features it actually does have or Vice Versa.
3) some cars don’t have Carfax report access while other do and some have zero at all which isn’t possible.
4) some cars with Carfax report access that say “free report” isn’t free. The link takes you to Carfax to pay for a report.

We would love to look into the trim package differences and the Carfax issue! Excellent App

CoPilot is unlike any app you have used in your search for the right vehicle. It allows you to enter all the details about the vehicle, the options you need and the ones you just have to have as well. The model, the trim, the mileage, the price point, etc. CoPilot will do all the searching, you can review the results and just save the vehicles you want. CoPilot will rate them, tell you who the dealer is, allow you to click on the dealer site and CoPilot will continue to send you updates with new pricing, new cars on the market and so much more information. CoPilot is constantly searching the internet for you and providing you with updated information on the vehicles you are looking to buy. Great, great App. I brought a very nice, certified vehicle at an excellent price, rated an “A” by CoPilot because I used the App. So what are you waiting for!!

This app is incredible for used car purchases

This free app is amazing. I was searching for a used car for the first time in years, and saw an ad or review for it somewhere. I was so glad. I did…. The inventory available in the app, and the many filters available to search, plus the information provided on the cars - including CARFAX when available (it was for every car I looked at on the app), plus price history and comparisons - just amazing.

Pair this with a Bluetooth OBD2 sensor to check out cars before/after a test drive, and wow, I’ve never felt this good about a used car purchase. I’d recommend this to anyone looking for a used car.

Good start; few more features would make it amazing

Found this to be a great search app but got stuck with a few things including inability to share finds with others, inability to map those on your saved list and not returning to spot on list after viewing details (it takes you back to the top of the page). Also, sometimes there have been false reports of updates to a search and nothing shows or it just churns without showing results it says are there. All in it is a better search choice though than others I’ve been trying

Simplifying the car search process

Love this app. With so many cars and options out there, it can get very confusing. The AI consultant gathers all the information based on your criteria and gives you information on cars that fit that. It will give you reasons you should move forward on a car, good price, been on market for a while, good dealer rating, but also gives you reasons for being cautious, accident, it is a new listing and won’t negotiate, etc. CoPilot also alerts you to price drops, etc.

Good app that could be great

The idea behind the app is great, an app that helps find and rank cars for those shopping for a new or used vehicle. The major problem with the app is annoying pop ups which slows down the search. The pop ups include “congratulations you’ve found a hidden gem” and enable notifications for instant alerts. These pop ups are not instant and they take a few seconds to appear and have dynamic graphics. You cannot skip them or close them until the graphics allow you to. These notifications show up over and over and over as you use the app. Terrible user experience.
