Signed up for 2 different numbers in two different countries. Doesn’t work

Ruining my business!!!

I’ve had this app for about two years and it’s always had issues. First was sending or receiving text messages then it stopped sending text messages altogether. I just found out that I’ve been unable to receive calls for the past two months. I use this for my business line on my cell phone. I don’t even want to imagine how much business I’ve lost because of this issue. And now that I sent a report, they say they will respond in 48 hours. I’ll change my review if this turns out to be user error, but for now this looks like an issue with the app itself.

Worst and Most Expensive Phone App

Do you wanna lose your number and all your data while still paying for your service? No? Well then don’t use this app.

I have continuously paid monthly for the subscription, and then I check one day- my phone number, call logs, voicemails, all my saved info is goneeee.

This is the only app I’ve seen ever do that. Even when you switch numbers with a different app they don’t delete all your data.

When I encountered this issue before they were supposedly able to help me (they made an error while helping me and used the wrong number) but now it’s apparently impossible

I had extremely important and sensitive information that they just one day decided to get rid of for no reason. I have never seen an app delete saved messages and calls just because. Especially with an active subscription.

Don’t use this service because you’ll check and your number and data will be gone.

Three weeks without service!!!

I paid for the premium service and used this as a business line, which was the biggest mistake. The service has been completely non-functioning for over a month and nothing gets fixed when you contact support. I am stuck with marketing materials with this number and I can’t even port it out because their service is down and they don’t allow porting which is illegal in the US. Please don’t buy anything from these guys. I’m fighting just to get refunded for the time the services don’t work and nothing is happening. Their support is useless.

Main point of 2nd number is useless

An important aspect for a second phone number for me personally is being able to receive verification codes to avoid giving my main phone number to third party sellers and not receive a ton of spam calls. This app is literally useless for it after I literally paid to get the phone number and only after found out it doesn’t accept verifications. If you’re getting it for that DONT BUY IT

Service hasn’t been working

Bad service

I mistakenly made this number my business line and the service has not been working as it is supposed to since I purchased it. Now the lines have been completely down and callers are telling me that they can’t reach me via phone/text. Now I’m emailing support and they’re telling me to be patient because they’re working with their service providers to fix issues - but it has been WEEKS!!!!! Never again. Don’t buy this.

App doesn’t work

I paid the $12 for a monthly subscription. When I was asked to choose a number, it then asked me to choose a second number for some reason. When I chose the second number, it kept telling me the number wasn’t available. I cannot go to any screen except the one asking me to pick a second number, but it’s an endless loop. I cannot use any function on the app at all, and I just paid today for the service. Please refund me fully.
