  • Terrible

    Why would I want to pay for an app that doesn’t workout spending more money for credits that I never get? That and the support page would not load. I have full bars and none of my other apps are having any issues. Btw- people who are in the United States don’t have to pay a tariff to call other people who are also in the United States. The developers should learn what a tariff is before trying to charge people one.

  • Taken in by unlimited calls means as long as you keep paying for credits!

    Keep looking there has to be something better than this to call to friends back home. Everytime I make a call it say recording. I recording off on the setting. Unlimited calls as long you prepay 🤣Rather a scam. Also says I need to log as the app has no proof I paid. My phone shows the subscription!

  • Poor Support

    I had a Year subscription and before the year ended I purchased a monthly subscription to keep the service going . I thought having overlapping purchases would keep the account going but it didn’t . The year subscription ended and now I don’t have Any service. Even though I have a monthly subscription in place. I’ve spent weeks now trying to get some support in getting my account working but nothing is being done . Theres no one to talk to to

    I’ve spent now a week trying to get this resolved , and the issue isn’t resolved . There isn’t a person dedicated to solving this. Meaning I should get prorated on subscription for the down time

  • Doesn’t work most of the time, waste of money

    Title says it all: unreliable and half the messages don’t go through. After you pay for the subscription they tell you that there are regulatory reasons it doesn’t work with Normal cell phones. Then they have the gall to encourage you to get other people to sign up for the app because it works app to app. If I wanted to do that I’d use WhatsApp that’s free. Strongly do not recommend and have already cancelled the auto renewal on my Apple ID.

  • DON’T BUY THE SUBSCRIPTION

    Hi! I’ve been using this app for a few months and it has been extremely inconvenient and unjustifiably expensive. If you are looking for a reliable 2nd number, search somewhere else. This one is not reliable and was a total waste of money. I also lost access to sensitive data due to the app’s failure to provide the service that I paid for. I lost my number although I paid for it and now can’t access my account that was tied to that number. Please, don’t support this app with your hard-earned cash, cause it’s a scam. I feel robbed blind! There’s no customer service or any kind of support. I’m devastated and just want to warn other potential victims of this scam.

    My pictures won't deliver everytime I send them. Kindly look into this as soon as possible cuz it's frustrating

    I am trying to cancel this app and can not find out how to do it. I need to cancel asap to ensure I’m not charged. I see delete account but it is not clear if deleting the app will automatically cancel the subscription fee. Please make cancellation process easier.

  • Run Away

    This app is HORRIBLE!! If I could give it zero stars I would. Constantly dropping calls…then when the person tries to call back it won’t let the call go through. You’re sitting there looking at the app and missed call pops up…the phone never even rang!!
  • Unreliable

    Is this app going to ever work today??? 😡😡😡 I woke up this morning to send a message to my friend which I still texted last night, now it’s saying “Recipient number is not valid, please check and retry” I have been retrying for hours, what can I do to get it to work, geez this is getting annoying 😡
