Unable to sign in, meaning I can’t connect the device to the app. What’s the point for me to purchase such an expensive device? Many devices in the market without Bluetooth connection are a lot cheaper.Aus user k

Yup the reviews are true. App really doesn’t do justice to the products.
Clunky. Not clearly laid out as far as routines are concerned.
Bit of a let down. Was expecting a lot more to be honest.

App Continually Crashes
App was great and I’m guessing something happened in the last update and now it doesn’t work.
Yes, I’ve tried restarting the app, yes I’ve reinstalled it. I have tried all the usual things and still no luck.
Please fix the app.

App lets the product down
The app is a waste of space on my phone. Absolutely horrible experience. Wish I had seems reviews before buying this product. Would happily pay more for an app that worlds as has a better Ange of function. Hyperice is better off not having an app at all it’s brings the product down.KJCMAN
What’s the point if the app doesn’t work
When the app works, it’s wonderful. I’ve only had the normatec 3 legs and hip attachment for a little over a week. I’ve probably spent more time waiting on the app to work than actually using the device. It’s rather annoying. The routines and such are very nice to have and quite a few to select from. But… honestly, if I’m paying as much as these cost and it has Bluetooth, which I’m guessing works into the cost, make the app work, if it’s an issue maintaining their app, get rid of it and the Bluetooth on the machine. If you know how to use these without the app, save the headache and don’t bother with it, if you’re like me and need some instruction on how to use, get the app and be prepared to restart it a minimum of 10 times for it to finally start the compression stuff.Show lessTy nickname7

App is useless
Very disappointed with the app compared to the quality of the project. Does not seem like the user functionality was considered with limited functionality and constant redirection. Routines are not laid out in a easy way to identify and use.
Specific issues with the app:
Defects - lots of issues going between screens in the app, lots of lag, and white screen pops up while Loading.
Connectivity - you cannot pair your device before doing a routine. Seems pretty basic functionality
Help function - directs to website that does not go to FAQ but to the product line. Where’s the help??

HyperSmart score not calculating
EDIT: Score is calculating after the update. 5/5 app now
App is great other than my score not being calculated and it’s telling me i have a 0.0 which is “critical”. Annoying to look at when i’m using my device multiple times per day. Device is a Vyper 3.D.V.S.
Love my hypervolt but the app is frustrating
I credit my hypervolt to curing my many sports related aches and pains. I love it and have referred many people to purchase one. The app however frustrates me…. Endlessly. I love the programs. Hate that I need to tell the app to connect to my device each time. Love that they finally added a favorites section. The newest issue is the app connects to my hypervolt no problem, starts it up as if it’s in auto mode, the. Once it gets going it switches to manual mode. I have updated app. Restarted phone. Restarted hypervolt and this glitch keeps happening. Sort of ruins the point of auto mode. I’m also pretty sure in the programmed sessions it used to show a pic which attachment you needed to get ready for the next body part and that’s gone (it was helpful). The app is good for the most part, could be much better, but you will love the hypervolt.Show lessstubborn_triathlete
