Great device, terrible app
I love the device itself, easy to use and effective for recovery. The app, however, is useless. After each cycling session I get a notification recommending a biceps session. After a month of heavy cycling training it still hasn’t recommend anything for quads, glutes, calves, or itb. Some of the videos are super creepy, with a grey haired guy demonstrating the session on a young, blonde lady in sports wear. Really feels like a missed opportunityShow lessCyclingMike

Love the product but app isn’t working for me
Love the hypervolt plus and how much it helps me. The app was great too but after a few days with not using it, I was logged off and can’t get back in. I’ve deleted the app and reinstalled it, tried to change my password (enter at least 10 characters, numbers, symbols, etc) and after a minute or two I get a error message saying password needs to be more then 5 characters. I tried just logging in with my apple account and it scans my face, gives blue check that it recognizes it and then just stays at the login in screen. Not sure what I’m doing wrong here but want to get access to app againShow lessJJTJR1007
No longer works
I have a hypervolt (non-bluetooth version) and love it. When I first got it, the app showed a lot of good videos on how best to use it. Today (1/4/21), none of the videos work for me. My app is updated, so I am not sure what the issue is. It appears to start a countdown to when the routine will start, but it gets stuck at 5. I am not sure if the issue is because I have a non-bluetooth version and it wants to sync (used to work before and videos will show with no problems) or if it is because the app is buggy. Too bad, I really think the videos could have been so helpful for me to maximize the use of my hypervolt. I also recommend a better search function. Please fix and allow your non-bluetooth version owners of hypervolt to view the videos.Show lessReinaag

Useful But Could Be Less Cluttered
New to Hypervolt, coming from Theragun. This app has a lot of content and is nice there are videos to demonstrate what to do. However, only owning a single Hypervolt Plus it would be nice if the app automatically tailored what I see based on my device rather than always having to filter. It would also be nice if the videos were organized better so I could tell it what I am getting ready to do or just got done doing so it could provide a smaller list of suggested videos.Show lessaaalessi
Great App and Technology
I have both the Hypervolt and the Hypersphere Mini - if you aren’t using any of this technology you really should. I am not an elite athlete by any means but this helps cut down recovery time tremendously and keeps me moving.
Hyperice, the guided routines and suggestions are great - would you allow me to make one? Please, please, please allow users to enter their own usage into the app or make the app capable of running in the background. I have a terrible Hyperice score despite using the equipment almost daily because I can’t keep the app running the entire time. Thanks for considering.Show lessYimmy Jams

UPDATED REVIEW. I gave this app five stars a couple months ago. Wish I could give it five more stars and some. The app just keeps getting better. They just added vocal coaching instructions to go along with music and video when you’re using the HyperSmart app. I’ve been using this app for a couple month along with my HyperVolt Plus with Bluetooth. I can honestly say there seems to be improvements made to the app regularly. It is better today than when I used it two months ago. I provided feedback on several occasions and see that my input was received and improvements implemented. It’s great when a company is willing to listen to feedback from it’s users and then constantly use that feedback from its users to make improvements to their products. No wonder they are number one in their respective market. They are winners and they work with winners from KOBE and the NBA, NBL, NFL, soccer, track and field and tennis with three time grand slam world champion Naomi Osaki. No wonder they are the official partners of the NBA. Kudos to the entire Hyperice team... you guys do businesses the right way. Keep winning!!Show lessMr. Vikk
