I’ve had a hypervolt for a while and love using it, but I was never really sure I was using it right, or most effectively. After just a few times of using the app routines as a guide, I can already feel the difference. I’m recovering from my workouts and less sore the next day. I connected it to my Apple health and now it reminds me when, and most importantly how, to best use my hypervolt before and after I do something active, or at other times too: I’m using my hypervolt even more, in the morning to help relieve stiffness and before I go to sleep to help me calm down. Can’t wait to keep using and see the long-term effects on my health.
