Tried to register App won’t even allow that. Not much use when the machine is out of order.
Can’t Make Payment
Trying to make a payment for parking but the app won’t take it. This is by far the worst parking app I’ve ever used.

Very poorly supported app full of glitches. It refused to take a payment from my card, so had to pay an extra £2 to pay by contactless. Tried adding a new card over the past week and the app just keeps saying “currently unavailable”. Utter trash that can’t be depended upon when you really need it.

App took a good 10 minutes to download, then after registration it failed to take payment. I ended up leaving and parking elsewhere.

Poor interface but it works
If the developers of this app just tweaked a few things, I think this app would be 5 stars no problems.

This app is an absolute scandal. Same story as many others. Spent around 15 mins trying to make a payment and locate myself on the GPS map which insisted I was in London despite being 100s of miles away. Finally left in disgust. A week later revived a “penalty notice” for £100 in the post. I won’t pay. And the app should be taken down. Shameful.

Awkward to use
Doesn’t accept Apple Pay so have to put card details in manually which is a pain because I’ve not seen my bank card since 2021. App didn’t accept my number plate until I typed in capital letters which is fine if they actually bother to tell you and don’t make you guess why it keeps getting rejected. And then they have the audacity to charge a 20p booking fee for what I don’t know and a 15p sms charge which I never actually received. So save yourself time and sanity and make sure you pay at the pay and display machines.

Infuriatingly disgusting.
What a disgusting system it makes you suffer through just to pay to park.
You need signal and data for starters, then it makes you use a god awful interface, like a mini game, and to top it off there is no Apple Pay function because this company, I presume, is super cheap and nasty.
It took me 45 minutes to pay because the card kept declining on the website. They should be paying ME to park.
