Worst App ever
The app won’t even let you register on the register page, had to pay at machine, luckily I had the right change. So so bad, don’t even bother
Awful App, Not Suitable for Use
Big queue in car park for ticket machine, clearly everyone knows how awful the app is…I entered my details and registered, entered my credit card details and approved in my banking app and it now shows no bookings in the app, worst of all it no longer appears on my banking app either, even though I know I clicked through to approve. I had a notification of being charged £5.40 from the banking app and dismissed this unfortunately. Shocking scam that doesn’t offer suitable payment methods without inconvenience.

Why do you need to register to pay for parking? You just need to enter your cars registration number…there is no need to collect my email address or phone number if I don’t want to provide it. No doubt I’ll have been subscribed to a load of junk mail.
When it comes to paying, it forced to me enter my credit card details…why not just integrate with Apple Pay to make my life easy?
As others have said. Tested and developed by people who have no clue about user experience.

Dreadful app
BEWARE: I downloaded the app at a car park. It ‘refused’ to accept a payment card (several different cards, all current). It kept saying expiry date format invalid, despite there only being one option of a way to enter the date. Trying a different way to enter my card number (via the ‘My Account’ option) also fails, with the option being currently not available. In fact even days later the option is still not available. There is therefore no way to enter a payment card. Dreadful.
BEWARE: Having discovered that there was no way to enter a payment card, after 15 minutes of trying, and therefore being unable to pay for the car park, I left for a different location after 15 minutes. I received a Penalty Charge Notice of £100 for unpaid parking fees - which I appealed successfully. But the company did not apologise for this failure of an App. However a quick search online shows that many other people have had the same problem.
