Videos are out of sync?
I bought the Piano M and a year learning subscription for my husband for Christmas. He’s loving it EXCEPT that the video and audio fall out of sync over the course of the video (not every single
one but a lot of them), making it almost impossible to play the notes on time. The video and sound begin in-sync when the video starts but over the duration, they no longer match up. I love love love the idea of this product and the app (especially for my gamer husband). The keyboard product is so cool but it’s unfortunate that the reliance on having the app makes-or-breaks the experience. If the app isn’t working properly, the $300 keyboard is pretty much useless. Please fix the app so that the product can be used to its full potential!

Crashes 9 out of 10 times
Crashes when the keyboard connects via Bluetooth ends up with a black screen with blue dots on the left cant get out of it have to force quit. Used to work OK not now
Really great and fun way to learn if you do not have a teacher.
I cam to Roli already after couple years studying with a classical teacher. Roli is a simple and fun way to study and get a lot of the knowledge down on a budget. I feel like if you do it for quite some time even by yourself you will get the foundations down really well. I usually jiggle between 3-4 piano apps and Roli by far is one of the best ones for the foundational learning.

Awesome Sauce
This is by far my favourite music lesson app ever. Super easy to understand, great videos, and fun challenges. It starts with simple follow longs and next thing you know you are playing g a song!!! It’s crazy that only 10 min a day and you can start making music. Thank you!!!
Great range but technical issues
I really like this app. The videos/learning modules are a great length and really enjoying re-learning piano after a lengthy time away. However, I struggle with various technical issues. The course modules regularly get stuck when loading (this happens far less frequently with the songs). It’s not a WiFi connectivity issue as it occurs with multiple connections in different locations. It becomes quite frustrating when trying to proceed through the course modules if every second one just doesn’t load.

How do I get more sounds from the studio to use on my lessons
Good but buggy
Decent app for learning content but the app stops playing of lessons in some form every week. Why so buggy? It’s difficult to be consistent with practicing when you have songs not loading and having to reboot the keys.
Great Concept
Great idea for learning piano. Portable. Only negative is there is a noticeable lag between when pressing a key on your keyboard to when the note is played. Can be difficult when timing is required. Unsure if there is a way of fixing this lag in the app. Haven’t been able to find a setting to adjust this.

There is am massive bugs in the app
There are quite many bugs all the time to be honest, just yesterday almost all of the lesson beyond level 1 and 2 disappeared for no reason. Today every time I try and play the both hands practice/ setting it doesn’t even start and just crashes and ends the song(I have 2 keyboards so that is not the issue). One time none of the sound worked in the app. I like the app but there isn’t an easy way to report bugs so I have resort to reviews(I don’t need tech support when it’s an app problem not technical and I know sending it to tech will not actually fix the problem all they can send me is basically a good luck message regarding these problems).
