FAQs maybe?
I downloaded the app with the intention of using it but there are no FAQs and the chat app just goes to a blank page so I assume there is zero customer support. I wanted to know if I rent a bike can I return it anywhere in Baton Rouge or do I have to return it to the same spot?. Simple question but I don’t see the answer anywhere. Glad I read the reviews, makes me leery of even trying the bikes at all. My rating is on the app, not the bikes as the app and website have little or no instruction or helpful information.Show lessClintonrebel

Went to ride this for the first time and was super excited, got the lock out and the alarm went off the whole time I had my ride open. Didn’t even get to sit on it!!!! Almost 4$!!! Number doesn’t work for help, no one app help chat and had a panic attack.

Great bike experience
The overall ride was very exciting. Everything was easy to use but I could not figure out how to adjust a seat. I tried to text the health center but I couldn’t get a response because it was powered by another app. overall I’ll give it a 9 out of 10. I am looking forward to my next bike ride soon.The Great 210
Battery /Not Functional
Several scooters charged us $3.00 and we were not even able to ride we had to switch scooters and then dying on ride with two bars. UnreliableACauley29
Help chat doesn’t work
Tried contacting costumer support to cancel my subscription and it took me to a third party website. The help chat doesn’t seem to work. The riding experience is not that great. The bikes are 50/50 on if they’ll work. The bikes are also super bumpy as they have no suspension. Just walk if you need to go somewhere.Show lesskevwilz
Gotcha no go
My husband, son, and I visited Virginia Tech this morning and saw the Gotcha app for the evoked. It sounded like a fun way to see more of the campus and town on a hot day, so we downloaded the app and bought $15 day passes. When we arrived at a station with 10 bikes, we say an “out of service” noticed for the entire local system, even though the map had shown numerous bikes and locations. Refreshing showed 0 bikes. We can’t use the app or the bikes, can’t contact anyone from Gotcha, and appear to be out $45 (+ tax). Seemed like a fun thing but we’re very disappointed.Show lesspdMAD22
Broken app
It charged my card but didn't unlock my scooter after scanning the barcode. Got charged for a 3 minutes ride on a locked scooter.. tried a second one and same reaults. The "help" feature on the app goes to a blank screen. There's zero ways to get support when this happens.dnear1
Bikes don’t work properly
My sisters bike had no power. It said 60% power then didn’t during her ride. My bike had zero tension. I had power but really couldn’t turn it off therefore couldn’t get exercise when I wanted to. Just OK.karentheboss102
Absolutely terrible
No customer service. I tried at least 3 times on their help chat never a response. Tried renting 2 bikes, i got one working and then couldnt get other bike. So after my time kept running with first bike i said forget it and stopped the ride. Then i get fined because the bikes were ALREADY IN A RESTRICTED AREA!
So because I activate one bike and didnt even get to use it i get fined because someone else left it there. I coule care less about the 10$ bucks i want people to know this is basically amateur hour. Its called gotcha! They stole my money and wont give it back 😂 niceShow lessDustajus
