  • Communication with Drs- Big improvement

    It is so nice to have test results, After appointment letters and most of all access to direct Dr-paitient dialog through this on-line Scripps App. The ability to send a picture of a medication or medical issue or pay a bill is great as well. I have used it since it first came out, and it keeps getting better and better.
    Thanks to all who put it together, it’s such a great tool!

    I really feel sorry for people who do not have Scripps medical. They have a world-class group of angels working for them. Every single person that I have encountered that works for Scripps are truly 👼🏻 Angels. They are so amazing and make it so easy to navigate. I literally would not be here today if it wasn’t for Dr. Wallick and Dr Lin. I am truly in love with everyone of my team. Thanks to them my two children that were holding out on having kids are now parents. November 13 my youngest son had his beautiful little girl named Charlotte or Charlie for short, and on January 6 my daughter had my beautiful grandbaby named Poppy. Unfortunately the chemo brain fog has prevented me from remembering all the wonderful people that help me. But everybody I had encountered was wonderful Dr. Salimi’s thank you for keeping my sanity in check. I love these people I truly love these people thank you

  • Appointments

    It would be helpful,if the page that shows your appointment time and date had the patients full name attached at the top . So we can print and use it for our HR dept. for time off requests. Thank you
  • Absolutely the best app I have!

    Notifications are immediate. The ability to bring up medical, medications & appointments to say the least, with such ease and quickness sets this as sn premier outstanding app. The other options make it more superior than others. I love it!!!
  • Keeps me organized

    The MyScripps App is great!! I do not think that I could manage my oncology treatment plan without it. I love being able to message my whole care team, and that I have digital access to dr’s notes, and treatment letters right on my phone. Plus it allows access to my kids and husband too so that we are all able to stay on top of appointments, vaccinations, referrals and more. It’s so helpful!!

  • No longer a fan of Scripps DT

    Historically Formerly very happy, but no more. Historically I was very happy with electronic communications, but no more. 1) I am writing this in the subject line because my typing in the body area does not show up. 2) I no longer; only messages that are not urgent or responded to after 3 days and 3) my vaccine record is not accurate b/c CVS is much more available and convenient, but I am not given an option to upload my CVS vaccines for n MyScripps: I only see a link to additional information when I am already convinced to receive and have done so, albeit out side th me Scripps network. I am returning to Kaiser in Jan for their superior service and communications.

    I find this new system to be terrible!!!! It took me two months to see my primary because the assistants to doctor do not do things correctly! Also I am very disappointed that I have been referred quite awhile ago to a dietitian. No one contacted me???? I also have a bad colon problem and having a very hard time as I was denied medicine that I feel was working. Finally I fought it and got the ok to use it. So then why is my colon doc not sending out a prescription for me to restart it??? I have certainly used the Jefferson care facility and they no me there for sure wait is to long to see so called primary doc. I am a 75 yr old woman who does not complain but I sure am now!!! Hate your system

  • Very helpful

    I have a lot of appointment and this really helps keep everything sorted well. It syncs with my calendar app, and allows for easy messaging with my doctors. I love it. It’s also easy to tracks bills and payments. It saves me a lot of time and hassle organizing what would otherwise be a like of paper notices.

  • Scheduling 3rd Covid Vaccine

    My original two shots were completed through another provider. I submitted copies of my card so my record will reflect this. Unfortunately the app will not schedule me for the booster shot insisting that it must be for the two part series even though at the beginning I state I am wanting the 3rd booster shot!

  • Makes communicating with my doctors easy!

    Scripps patient portal makes it so much easier to actually communicate with all my doctors, schedule and cancel appointments and view test results, appointment notes and take care of billing issues. It’s nice not having to waste a bunch of time on the phone. I also appreciate that the info is shared throughout the Scripps system so all my doctors can see all my info.
