All the information I need

I can find test results with ALL the details, read summaries of my doctor visits, make appointments, send questions to the office and even get prompt replies from my actual doctor. I get appointment and vaccines reminders and can check in for appts ahead of time so there’s no paperwork when I get there. All in all, it’s a pretty slick app.

Need better updates on Covid shots taken

Although I find this APP generally useful for reviewing Doctor notes, past procedures, e-check ins and when next vaccines are needed, I find it puzzling that even though my Covid-19 vaccinations are displayed in the APP (even the QR codes for them) I still am getting reminders on the APP to get my first dose of the Covid-19 shot.
Not sure why, but this feature needs to be rectified.

My Scripps

The present arrangement of My Scripps has no way to indicate that my place of residence, the Casa de las Campanas here in Rancho Bernardo, has arranged to give me my COVID-19 vaccinations on February 4 and 25, 2021. I have also had my flu shot on September 29, 2021 conveniently right here given by Walgreens staff. I also received my Covid-19 Pfizer Booster shot on October 30, 2021 at CVS in Escondido, CA. My doctors have this information directly from me, the customer/patient and have entered the data into the Scripps system. It is annoying to continuously receive reminders “to get” those same shots. The My Scripps app offers no way to indicate I’ve already HAD the shots. Sincerely, Caroline C. Peterson

Best care with great technology

Recent leg injury turned out to be worse than expected, but the prompt and extremely friendly care turned my focus into healing and not worrying on how many obstacles I needed to withstand. Thank you Scripps

Application, communication and overall useability

This app works perfect for our lifestyle. So much we have now converted my wife’s PM to scripps. The timeliness in communication far exceeds previous providers! Results are uploaded quickly, appointments are easily tracked and lab results are complete and easily comparable. Thank you for all scripps has done to make record/results for patients an easy process for us “non computer” people

Doctor Messages

Would like to be able to send messages to more than one doctor at the same time so can report updates. For example if I am working with two doctors like cardiologist and endocrinologist. Giving them feedback on my condition. Also, would like to be able to send a message to any doctor I have seen in the past.

Improvements

It would be really helpful to be able to schedule Blood Draw appointments, and to see what locations have availability.

I was also recently asked to provide a copy of a radiology report that came to me as a PDF. It would be great if PDFs could be uploaded to the messages. I had to take pictures of the document in order to send them to the doctor.

Good but New Update Removed Past Test Results

I like the app and I’ve been using it for over a year now but the new update makes things a little harder to find. My After Visit Summaries seem to be buried now. I also can’t see Past Test Results in one view as before to see how test values have changed over time. Please bring this back! It is one of the most valuable features. It’s still available on the web so I use the website more now. I would rate this app higher if past test results was available and I wasn’t having trouble drilling down through menus to find information. The new “simplified” menu is now causing me to click down into more menus to find what I need. Sending and receiving messages is still working well.

Don’t wait for someone to answer the phone just download the app

I personally like this app. I am able to schedule appointments,Send my doctor a message, set up a video appointment and I’m able to request medication refills without having to contact my doctors office.I always communicate through the portal messaging and I also get my results online which I absolutely love. I usually get a response from my doctors office within two business days. I don’t use the app just to communicate with my primary doctor I used to speak with my specialty Doctor as well. The only thing I have not been able to do has been arrive from outside the building. I’m unable to turn on the location on my phone. But I try to always be on time for my appointment especially since you get screen at the lobby due to COVID-19. I will highly recommend people to use the app especially since the pandemic has made things hard and I’m sure clinics and hospitals are all overwhelmed and doing everything they can with the minimal staff a half now.

App is fine but...

When you go to the app it’ll ask you to update the app, I had troubles with this as the app store said there was no updates. I think there is a bug or a glitch between the two, so delete the app and download the app again and it should work perfectly fine. It’s dumb and too much work, but it is what is.
