WHERE IS MY MONEY?!
I DO NOT, I REPEAT I DO NOT RECOMMEND THINK SO CALL BANKING APP. I made a deposit into this COGNI bank account and the next day it updated and now my money is gone! VANISHED. I called the customer support and check my balance it states that my money is still there but every time I swipe my card it declines and it shows $0 in my account on the app. I have sent 10 emails so far no one has reached out me about this problem. DO NOT get this app. I HAVE 4 more stories like this. I have reported this to police and made a scam report. People do not work hard everyday for there money to be stolen.

Disappointed
The app feels simplistic and boring. I feel like the app was created 10 years ago. I’m giving 2 stars because Cogni ran a referral bonus promotion, and they haven’t delivered on what the promotion offered. I was supposed to receive $5 for opening the account and $5 per referral. After weeks of waiting, many phone calls to support and unanswered emails, I still haven’t received the promotional funds. Support says “there is an IT ticket” with my name on a very long list of others, who also haven’t received the promo funds. Do better Cogni, I’m embarrassed I referred anyone at all.

I love it but bummed the card doesn't look like the photo
I love it they are a modern and better bank that lets you add your crypto wallet or make your own one. Everything is wonderful. But I'm very disappointed the Debit card doesn't look like the one on the app store photo it looks like a debit card for a child. But it's just a card so whatever works.
they Never opened my account
Took all my information and said they will review it to open my account in the next few days. ONE MONTH LATER and I still have the same message. When I called them I got no response after submitting ALL my personal information. Feels pretty suspicious after taking all my personal information to open an account and no response from them or anything just a bunch of Spam emails for there bank.

No access to my funds
Cogni has put a block on my card, I guess due to a fraud suspicion but there have not been any suspicious purchases and I have not been able to get in touch with them for about a week now. Their support number says that I've reached them outside of working hours but that is not the case. I know that this is a newer service but this is pretty unacceptable and scary!

Customer Service Phenomenal/ Functionality Trash
Can’t do squat with the card but when one calls to ask why that’s the case, one’s met with professional, empathetic customer support specialists ready to hear you complain about the card and offer limited to no answers because there aren’t any and there’s no actual features to the card or account at all.
If doesn’t work with Plaid, doesn’t work with cash app, no go on Apple Pay, Google pay, Samsung pay. I can’t find an app it fully works with at all, has direct deposit problems, the app itself is garbage, it’s worse than a prepaid card though the card itself is nice looking. Cool.
If excellent CSR support is what you’re craving for an account that’s essentially worthless aside from the cash you put in, then this is the account for you.

not impressed
its really hard to give this "bank" serious attention because for the life of me i cant understand why its so hard for me to make a simple transfer of $25 into this account from my other online acct because im trying to gauge ease of use and accessibility..... and once again failing miserably because though funds left my other acct days ago this acct is still sitting on "pending"..... as it has the last few times i simply tried to transfer $25. the transfer feature should be removed because ive yet in several tries to see it actually work.... if i cant count on a simple transfer like that the last thing im gonna do is gamble on my paycheck sitting there in "pending" for an eternity like $25 does..... and i work for a credit union so im not completely clueless on these things..... this whole experiment makes me appreciate chime more than i already do..... not one problem in 2 years....

A good easy online bank to use
Cogni Bank is a great bank to use online it’s fast with Apple Pay and deposits from other banks linked with Cogni .. many perks to use .. one of my favorite banks now ..
Half and half
Transactions are smooth and no problems. The money deposit however takes weeks for it to go through. This issue needs to be corrected. I really don’t put any money in anymore because it takes a long time to see the deposit and to be able to use. Thanks.
Good app potential, bad support
Has a lot of potential and some good current features. Unfortunately it seems to be run by idiots; as my account was closed in response to me trying to fund it and the apparent non-existent customer service team never feeling the need to respond to any emails. Maybe some day it’ll grow up, but right now not worth it.
