App is locked out
This app has stopped working and now I have a bricked camera. I don’t know if this company went under real quietly, but the app just stopped working. It’s all a waste now.Ariphon
The app never send the mail confirmation
I never get the mail confirmation to create my account on the app. I ask other person to try to crea one account on the app and they couldn’t do it because they didn’t receive the mail to confirm the account. I will return the camera because if I can’t have the app working I can’t use the camera.Jesr007
SimCam Easy To Set Up & Works Well
I’ve been using the SimCam together with the SimHome App and I am very pleased because it’s easy to set up, you can set a timer via the app so it films at certain times.
Plus it can be set to record people walking past or pets or cars etc …
Another brilliant thing with SimCam, is it can be used to look through a window day and night, most security cameras can’t do this but SimCam uses a different type of technology that enables this feature.
Also, you don’t have to pay extra to retrieve footage from the cloud as SimCam automatically allows you to download footage from the SimHome app to your phone.

Request failed
Keep trying to set up my baby camera as I give birth in one month and the app keeps saying “request failed” when I try to sign up for an account.Vshdjdj
Doesn’t run in background
You cannot hear this app in the background and there is no option to turn on background support. As soon as you switch to a different app or turn off your phone screen, this app stops functioning outside of sending alerts. If you want to use this as a legit baby monitor, you have to sacrifice your phone and leave the app running in the foreground at all times. This is unacceptable and unlike the leading brand(s).Show lessUrguwno
App stopped notifications many months ago
I have tried contact support several times with no responds. Hopefully developer will read this.

Terrible Product
We’ve owned four. Two didn’t work out of the box. The replacements quit working within a year. Nothing but problems in between.bvrrfv hyvbbb

Baby information?
God knows why, but the latest update is constantly asking me to fill out some kind of profile for a baby 🤷🏼♂️ and has it spammed on the main camera login page and no way to disable it.
