Great app, but a big problem.
I’ve been using this app for a while now, and I like the fact you can build teams with specific to Gen Pokémon! However, I do have a few complaints. One would be a NationalDex! For example, adding every pokémon’s current stats and typings for everything, and just having every Pokémon! Another is the fact you practically NEED to spend money to do anything! I can get needing money for a free game, but this is just insane! Needing to spend money for more than one team is a bit much! Just make it three teams, and personally I’d be okay with it! Fantastic app
Firstly, this is the best PokéDex app I’ve found. It loads quickly, it is easily accessible. The search feature is excellent, including the filters section. It makes it super easy to find any specific Pokémon you’re looking for.
The one thing I’d like to see added to the app however is the option to list every Pokémon there is. Similar to the choose your game section, but a category that adds the option to not exclude any Pokémon from the Dex due to it not appearing in certain generations.
Overall fantastic app and am eager to see where it goes in the future especially with the release of Scarlet and Violet oncomingShow lessShadow_Dancer123

This is a comprehensive dex which is always updated , and has moves , pokemon , items locations and more! You can also use it offline , so no internet required- you can look through the leagues of info stored here! Truly bravo to the devs , a wonderful job!
(Pssst…. Hey you devs there? One feature that could possibly be added is scrolling through the Pokémon to the next one , makes it easier to just look through the Pokémon (double ps, if you do add the scrolling, make it sideways, not downwards))Show lessEnraptored

Nice dex but one big annoyance
I think that this app has a lot of really useful information, and one of my favorite things is the ability to make checklists for whatever I want. It's a super hand feature, especially since you can sort by the regional dex of each game to see what is and isn't available in each region.
The one thing that really annoys me, especially with the team builder, is that there's no plain old National Dex option. I'm always limited to making teams based on one specific game, and none of them ever seem to have all the pokemon I want. Being able to sort by specific game dexes is handy for some situations, but especially since you can trade pokemon between games it doesn't make a ton of sense to me that there's no national dex option at all. It would really bump this up into a dex app. A lot of apps I've seen are ONLY the national dex, but they lack many of the other features I enjoy from this one.
Overall I think I really enjoy this dex app, but I'd be more willing to recommend it if it was a bit more flexible in that way.Show lessHoneybaublebee

App is fantastic everything I was after in a Pokédex app, especially as I like to play a range of the previous ds games it was a massive help.
The one annoying thing is despite paying premium to have ads removed there seems to be some sort of bug where I will get the audio of an ad play in the background; happens mostly on the party screen annoyingly where I’ve spent most of my time on the app.Show lessSephreles
Brilliant App… 1 huge drawback.
For me, this app is nearly perfect, I love it. It’s so helpful, I bought the full version over a year ago and have used it regularly, but one thing really bugs me.
Why can’t I use it offline?? Why is there no option to download all the data, so I can use it to help me play Pokémon, in situations where I have no wifi. Holidays, on a plane, etc, there’s a surprising amount of situations where connection just isn’t available.
If this were to be implemented, which I feel would be pretty simple, the app would be a 5 star.Show lessAidanGilhooley
A great app overall, but not perfect
So I love this app! It gives detailed and accurate information about the total Pokédex for each region. It also tells you about items and all the moves, it even has a type chart! I recommend this if you simply don't wanna look up each Pokémon's information while playing! The main drawback is premium. It isn't bad by any means, I think making infinite teams in team builder should be apart of the base app, and it's lacking that one extra thing to make me really be glad I bought it. But other than that it's great! Like I said however, I think they should add some things to premium. Mainly the inclusion of seeing trainers and boss battles! I would've bought premium in a heartbeat if it told us the trainer battles, but that is a lot of work. Plus that's not the Pokédex's job lol.

Ok so I reeeeeeally love Pokémon, like a lot, and I know a lot about it, I recently decided I’d try my luck at completing the Sword and Shield Pokédex. Now I needed an app that would tell me where to find the Pokémon I needed, and how. I tried several different apps, the majority of them I spent five minutes in and found wrong information. The others ones I tried didn’t even work. When I discovered Prodex I jumped for joy, no false info, and so much detailed information, it tells me where to find the Pokémon, the spawn rate, how it spawns, what game it’s from, and what weather type. This is so much info!! It helped me so so so much!
Update: I’m still a loyal fan of this app, just two suggestions! I would love to see a Dex that shows every Pokémon rather than game exclusives. Then finally it would be so awesome if we could get gym leader guides as well, that would be super helpful.Show lessElectric Weilder

I was unsure about this app because all of the adds are really annoying and get in the way, but I decided to splurge and buy the full version and it was worth every penny. The only thing I would like to see is to be able to filter by evolution type, friendship, trade, leveling, or other things. Other than that, it’s amazingly useful. I use it whenever I play sword and it’s been super helpful. I love that you can filter by egg group too. It makes breeding a breeze. It also lets me make a checklist and have a percentage of how much of the Pokédex I’ve completed. If you’re looking for an in-depth app, this is it.Show lessFrenchOnionRing
