Such a great service. This change can save me hundreds! Thank you!

Meds All In One Place!

I love that I have my prescription medications all in one place. I use this list often at doctor's appointments—so helpful. I also search for coupons when insurance prices get too high and have saved quite a bit!

Couldn’t be Happier 😁

RxSS is fantastic & saves me & my wife so much wasted time in a pharmacy line and NOW my prescriptions arrive on time at my door and on top of that we save hard earned dollars. Thank you RxSS.

Recent updates ceased functionality

User log in is blocked once again. So it’s a useless app. Not the first time they update and you are blocked from logging in or accessing. Great job locking everyone out.

Update: contacting the developer is useless they blame the insurance company. The problem is with RxSS & app developer. So you can aggravate yourself and waste time by calling or emailing when it’s just an exercise in futility. They will either choose to not assist or just blame shift and say it’s the insurance company.

App issues

Can’t even log in through the app. It does not let you in

Cannot activate

It will not activate a new account. I installed it from the App Store this morning.

Not Good

Will not even turn on when I click on it. I keep deleting it and then I install again and again, but it will not work at all.

Edit: We have released a fix to app version 4.11.2. Please update your RxSS app if updating your iOS didn't already solve this. Thanks for reporting! Original response: Hi there, so sorry to hear about this experience and appreciate your feedback. We recently discovered a bug with our third-party analytics software. A workaround seems to be updating your iPhone to the latest OS version, then trying again. If this doesn't work please reach out to us to help, support@rxss.com or 1-800-268-4476. We are actively investigating a longer term fix that doesn't require an OS upgrade.

Best Idea Ever

This app is the smartest idea. It helps you find lower cost alternatives to medications I am taking. I discuss them with my doctor and I save a bunch of money each month. They will send you suggestions if they ever find savings and can reach out to your doctor on your behalf, if you’d like!

App won't link to carrier

I have an iPhone and the app doesn't appear to connect with my BCBS site when trying to access RXXS. From what I understand the android and desktop versions work, but not iPhone.

I got a response from the developer saying to contact BCBS which I did and they said it was an issue with the RXSS app and not BCBS. So then I called RXSS and the rep told me that the app will not work on iPhones and that it is a known issue. They said the app will work on Android phones but on iPhones. The RXSS rep said that RXSS was working on a fix to their app but could not provide a timeline.

So when will the app be fixed and work on iPhones?
