Snappr does not care about the photographer neither their clients
It was my honor to be a photographer in Snappr and service my clients. The idea of Snappr is great. However the implement is poorly. And the business logic behind it is disappointed. I will give a 0 star if I can. I don't need to repeat all the bugs and unfriendly user interfaces here. Just roll up and see what other people said. I want to write about how they treat their clients and photographers. When a bad review happened, the Snappr will not look into it. They don't want to know what have happened and how to improve their guidance to prevent such mistakes happened again. They will tell photographer that it is the photogrpaher's responsibility to deal with the client. And when you do so, you find out your client actually will like to give you a 5 star, they just don't know how to use the Snappr system properly. And then you tell your Snappr support to look into it. The Snappr support will only ask you to wait intead of call the client to verify the situation and correct it for you. Well, if we can not use the system properly at the first time, waiting is never the solution to the problem. I am so sad that Snappr does not treat photographer fair neither care about their clients. I wished Snappr could help as my other great photo agent. But it turned out to be just more like an another yelp. The c2c funtion is not even 1% as uber/amazon flex. I hope they could care more about their own business in the future. Good luck! This is not it…..
Got a false alert for an update now I’m kicked out of the app and back to onboarding? I was already enrolledThe concept is nice but it needs work
The app is slow, it takes a long time to reschedule shoots, change time, location, & it’s hard to hold clients accountable. Additionally I wish there was a way to log communication with the customer as well as shoot details. The enterprise bookings are very unorganized and the clients usually don’t know when the shoot is taking place. I wish the app would give photographers more control.Don’t do shoots for these people!!!
They will book you on days where your calendar is marked as busy all day. They have horrible communication, point of contact for some of the shoots they give you will never answer your phone call leading to issues before and during the shoot with almost no support from snappr unless you blow up their phone line. This is really the Uber of photography nowNot great for this photographer
Ineffective response to issues with shoot and documentation, pay not commiserate with the work, and few leads. Not worth the time and energy.Awful
Please get a better app if you are going to take out phone support and email support is slow. The app looks nice (why three stars). it is not functional for any issues faced when trying communicate issues-rescheduling.Can’t open the bookings
It’s loading a white screen when trying to see details of any booking, also, the suggest date or locat option is not working at allAnn.omalley
Horrible productBetter than the website but still very buggy
Lots of issues to work through. No support option via the app nor the website. I’ve tried repeatedly to submit another time for an upcoming shoot and cannot complete it through the app because the continue button does not work. I also can’t get ahold of someone who works for Snappr to support me with this.Great App!
Finally 😭
Just saw the version for photographers is out. Very simple and easy to use and navigate.
Can easily see my shoots coming up and can work straight through the app rather than going on the desktop!
Great App!
