The staff and guest accommodations make this place. One of the best hostels I’ve ever stayed in. Friendly, patient staff who will help you with any issue you have, no matter how big or small! Lousy service
Honestly, lousy service. When I arrived I had problems with the room and key, today I was on a tour in Arizona and someone called me in the afternoon to tell me that I have to be here at the hostel before 11 pm because I have to change rooms. No one warned me before, you shouldn't call me because of your mistake at a time when I'm enjoying myself, which is what I came here for. When I arrived from the tour at the hostel, they gave me my things in a black bag... Nobody should have touched my personal things!!! Now I noticed, and some of my things are gone. I was assigned a bed that was occupied by someone else. The truth is, the experience in this place is unfortunate.BarM19
