No refunds on subscriptions
It’s been over a year since I’ve logged into my account and upon being charged for a new year of service and requesting a refund 2 days later, the company refuses to return money for services a customer isn’t using. Main purpose of App is to sell your user data
I’m an 18year CS user, not a conspiracy nut but practical evidence driven person. CS App offers less than their website access, App has no coherent or logical approach. I’m deleting the App.
Appears the main purpose of the App is to broker and sell your profile/user data, interests and activities, that’s what you consented to when you allowed to “link accounts” when installing the App.
It’s your choice but ask yourself: Do I really need something that I already have better?Show lessStancameraman
Actual scam, stay away
This app will trick you into paying an 87$ « verification » and then refuse to give you a refund. I now am stuck to take legal actions while travelling to get my money back. My friend who booked at the same time did the exact same mistake.
