MyChart is a wonderful tool for me the patient as well my Doctor.
Being able to view my test results, appointments, and prescriptions on line gives me added confidence in Bronson Hospital as well as my Doctors.

Love the ease of usage, but HATE hate hate that messages are not automatically saved on screen and an incoming phone call can end up deleting the entire message before it’s posted. I am now typing them in Notes (iPhone) and copying and pasting them into My Chart. What a PITA. Also, I can’t see any of the letters stored under “letters.” This may be a provider issue, but my provider has been using Epic for 8 yeas, so I kind of doubt it. But on the positive side, the App’s learning curve is negligible and has a lot of nifty options.

The app is great! My Chart is such a great way to have consistent and quick communication with my providers and have information easily on hand for review as needed.

I love this app just the fact that I can jump on this app anytime I need to know when my next appointment is or have a question for my dr. Authorize any real se of info I might want to just all of it combined offers peace of mind and to me this free to use app is priceless
Bronson MyChart App
I have found this app to be an excellent way to communicate with doctors, review test results and in general to help navigate my healthcare experiences. A great tool!
Added Features
It would be nice to added a pop up in the test results to where when we can click on a prognosis and get the results explained to us, such as for blood work and urinalysis, etc. For that section to show what each result means. Doctors don’t often explain results to us and it would help keep us more informed of any important steps we need to take.

Past tests for comparison
I would like to see the return of list of past results side by side with current values. Going back and forth to individual tests is unnecessarily cumbersome. Otherwise I like the new version.

You sent me to collections for $10! I didn’t even know I had to charge! Isn’t this app supposed to help keep people updated with stuff like that, I literally can’t find my balance right now
