This is one of the best things that’s ever been invented. Love being able to ask a quick question and get a quick response then if necessary they let you know if you need to come into the office.

My chart fixing the unbroken
There was nothing wrong with it why did you mess with it? The majority of patients are older and every time you change something that works you loose more and more of us that didn’t grow up with computers.
A true bright spot in Healthcare
This is a great app! I love the ability to pay bills, message my providers, and keep track of my health. This app has only gotten better over time. Definitely 5 Star rating!

I do not like the way the past test results can’t be compared with the current ones.
Do not like Bronson my chart
I can’t access all the files I need. I do not get timely replies.. a lot of Miss communication with times and schedules. Constant reminders on vaccinations I won’t be getting like my covid vaccine. Been judged my nurses and staff for choosing to be unvaccinated. Doctors here have gaslit me into believing my symptoms weren’t real. Doctors have told me one thing and put something different in my chart. Doctors denied me tests that may have helped me like hormonal testing and endometriosis.

My chart is hands down the best app when it comes to your health and well being. Anything that would typically take hours to do can be done in almost no time with mychart. I can make appointments, requests and even send messages to my physician or nurse with just a click.
