  • Amazing

    It’s sooo good there are no adds you don’t have to pay and there are so many cool features I recommend getting this app soo much if you have the watch it’s so cool you can track how long you sleep and your heart rate and steps and that’s hardly any features there so much to find it’s like a really fun jigsaw every piece is a new feature recommend

  • Brilliant watch app

    Easy to set up and use, great interface, real-time tracking is very precise, and overall I can't fault it. Highly recommend for health, weight, sleep, heart and steps monitoring. Great little extras too such as weather, call/message notifications and remote photo trigger make for the perfect experience. Can't fault it and several family members have already gone on this purchase the watch series 8 too! Thank you to the developers. 5 stars :)

  • Doesn’t always track sleep

    Used this for over a year now and it sometimes won’t track my sleep, or it won’t track the whole night, it also can’t be used to track naps or any sleep during the day and it will sometimes take a few hours to show in the app even if it shows on the watch display. It’s good for exercise sessions and steps etc but the sleep is very hit and miss.

    Just decided to try this app to compare it with the reflex active red app which is the app the series 25 recommends you use. Only just got this app but it looks like it has more on this one and the sleep is more detailed. This also lets you look at previous days activity which the other app doesn’t. One thing this app should have which the other app has is the option to display other things on the clock face such as steps, heart rate, date or sleep. Also should give you choice of colours to display the time and text in.

  • Was amazing now not much cop

    I had a reflex active series 10 watch which needed charging every 14 days for 4 years. It stopped charging one day and I bought a series 3. I had it 2 months and i developed a heart condition, the moment I developed it of course they removed the heart rate monitor feature! The app is now broken, doesn’t load up and forgets your watch - I’m on the latest version and they’ve scrapped heart rate without saying anything and it doesn’t connect to my phone anymore etc. Quality watch for the money and holds charge amazingly but calls / notifications don’t come through on Bluetooth and no heart rate anymore. Disappointing

  • It’s ok

    I’ve used it for quite a while now, and I have the Series 5. I wish that the find my phone desi tire actually worked. I’ve even had them side by side and connected with Bluetooth, but it still doesn’t work. I also hope that their could be a proper alarm option instead of just reminders. I also hope that the Bluetooth connection could work from further away, so then when I need to find my watch it doesn’t keep on telling me it isn’t connected. I also can’t seem to figure out BT Music?(the feature where you can connect it to music). Is it some special app called BT music, or do you need to be with a BT Wi-Fi or what?

  • A bit glitchy

    The app is good and works well accept from sometimes the watch face will randomly change and whenever I go to “watch faces” at the bottom, it won’t load. The one it is stuck on is really childish and I don’t want that one on my watch. I don’t know how to change this and I can only reset the watch when I click “reset smartwatch” and then all of my steps get wiped from the day.

    Although I still wish to get more out of this watch(which I think recent versions should) I appreciate how the customer service team have been really helpful with my watch from the first day I had it . I wish though the watch could stay in the setting that I prefer, or the remote capture could function , or the bt music but I guess it’s a matter of time.
    I love my watch and proud to wear it all the time🥰. Thanks to the team

  • Sceptical at first, but won round.

    I had not heard of Reflex Active, but eventually as I became more familiar with it I have begun to enjoy using it. I have a chronic autoimmune condition, and the watch does motivate me towards a little more activity.

    The software works okay with the device. I find the watch itself a bit cumbersome and it’s UI clunky and old fashioned. I suppose I really would like a Apple Watch, but at less than 10% of the cost the Reflex does the job.
