  • The time has been replaced by steps…

    …the biggest number on the screen used to be the time. I brought this watch for my 64yr old mother. The time has now moved to the top and is tiny. First and foremost she wants to be able to use this as a watch. The checking of the steps is more for me to monitor her for health reasons.

    There is no setting to change this back it’s just been forced upon her. At least give people the option to show it how they would like it as different people have different preferences and goals.

    Hi, thank you for the time taken to leave a review. Holding the home screen of your watch for 3-5 seconds will allow you to alternate between the available pre-set dials on your watch. Please ensure when the preferred face is selected, you only “quick press/swipe” the home screen.
  • Annoying

    Just recently bought the series 6. The watch itself is a nice design and looks good. Downloaded the app but keep getting the red triangle at the top on my phone screen. I press the tools and it tells me some permissions need addressing but everything is turned on? The clock screen on the watch is also constantly changing by itself! The battery life isn’t great either! Not happy, at the moment with this purchase

Please also advise regarding your battery life. Holding the touch sensitive part of your watch for 3-5 seconds on the home screen will alternate between the available dials.   • Apps ok

    I have recently go a watch that uses this app and the app is ok but not all the features work the do not disturb keeps, heart rate monitor and wrist movement turning themselves off and will not also go back on this is a bit annoying and a shame as the watch is really nice and I would like to give the app more star and if these problems are fix I maybe able to

    Hi, I am sorry to see the problems you have experienced. Please check you have the latest firm ware; you can do this by going into the app settings> firmware> check new version. Go to the app store, and check there are no required updates also ensure your phone does not require a software update.
  • Nice looking watch

    This is a really nice looking watch the only problem I have is that not all my notifications come through. I sometimes get emails very occasionally a text. I have tried going Into Bluetooth and forgetting it and re entering it but that hasn’t worked. I have tried deleting the app and reinstalling and also re setting watch. Mine is the series 6 and I really like it but would like it better if it was more consistent.

    Brought this watch series 5 as a back up watch as I have the Fitbit Verda .
    It’s a nice watch , nice to wear and easy to use .
    Only problem is that sometimes the notifications don’t work and the screen is a dark . The clock faces could do with being updated and have more choices .
    The watch strap is ok but will need a new one in time .
    The app itself could do with a update to include more features .

  • Bluetooth disconnected and troubleshooting hasn’t fixed it

    My daughter has one of these watches but the first time it ran out battery it disconnected from Bluetooth and I’ve checked all the FAQs but it just won’t reconnect.

    I received this reply: "Hi, thank you for your review. If your watch runs out of battery this will cause your watch to disconnect. In order to reconnect please pull down on your home screen of the application or access settings within your application > forget smartwatch > connect smartwatch”

    >> Have tried this many times and it doesn’t work. Incredibly frustrating, glitchy and time wasting. Also - it shouldn’t be this hard!

  • Get it together guys.

    Just downloaded the latest version, hopeful that at least some bugs/issues had been fixed. Not to be. Notifications are still broken - the only one I want on is for calls, and the toggle has turned itself off again every time I go back in. I made the mistake of linking to my apple health data, but the watch ignores my apple steps instead of syncing with them, and adds its own steps to my apple ones - so I end up with double. It’s completely thrown off my apple health averages which I’ve had going for years. No way of unlinking them that I can find, so it will have to be another hard reset. On top of this, the app only logs your daily stats if you remember to open it that day. The watch doesn’t sync otherwise. The graph section of the app is empty, it’s logged nothing in the last two weeks, so no way of looking at my stats overall.

    I literally just wanted this watch to tell me the time, tell me when my phone is ringing and keep track of my steps/calories. It struggles to do even these basic things. Considering retuning it.

  • Great but some more improvements

    This game is awesome and have had a lot of fun with it but there are 2 issues. I’m afraid I’m not sure how to upload the heart rate icon and also not sure how to look at the messages; or is it just for reminders that you have a message? Thank you for reading my description of what could be improved. It would be perfect if these could be fixed! . From Zara

  • It’s ok

    It’s a great app but it has some problems 1. It keeps on turning notifications off and it’s really annoying 2. I used to be able to see my heart rate and now I can’t and I don’t know how to see it. Also, when I can see it, it always says it’s 45 bpm. I heard this happened to another customer which makes me think this is a glitch and not my real heart rate 3. If you don’t go onto the app every day or the watch runs out of battery it Just erases all your data 4. The strap broke really quickly. Within about 3 months the strap broke and it was really hard to find one the right size. I know straps do break but they don’t usually break that quickly and it would be really helpful if the makers actually made watch straps Apart from those it is a great app and I would highly recommend but if you don’t mind spending more money on a watch then I would get a better watch then one of these it Updated- I also Just found out that if you don’t wear your watch for an hour it ERASES ALL YOU DATA THAT YOU GOT THAT DAY!! Ps. My watch’s Bluetooth number is E19FE225FOO

  • Frankly, disappointing

    What do I like about the app? Well, it usually connects to the watch quite quickly, but then it disconnects quite quickly as well. It doesn't really control the watch, which does what it wants. The watch regularly ignores the settings you spent so long entering. Oh, and if you don't remember to connect by midnight, all your unsaved data is lost. Thousands of steps? Tough luck. Sometimes, it even reduces numbers you'd already saved. Don't use this app and don't bother with their watch either.
