It just won’t connect
So I got the series 3 watch as a gift,it was working fine for like 2 weeks but then it kept playing up, like it won’t connect to the Bluetooth, it would just flicker but won’t connect. THEN it wouldn’t keep track of my steps, how many calories I’ve burnt and sleep intake! I’ve deleted the app multiples of times and I’ve restarted the watch and powered it off multiples of times!! Also I’ve checked out all the reviews and one of them was very similar where it wouldn’t connect ,however you guys did give advice about to check the firmware or something like that but I don’t have the option on the app for some reason... my watch isn’t connecting at all and I really need your help!!!!Show lessDeveloper Response

Love the App and love the watch. I bought the Reflex Active Version 3 because it was pretty. I love the watch, it’s reasonably basic (perfect for me) and you can turn off the notifications completely using the app.
The app is well organised and easy to navigate. Plenty of options to turn on or off particular notifications and set a “do not disturb” period if you prefer. Loving the fact this tracks my sleeping patterns. I would and have recommend this for my friends and colleaguesShow lessDeveloper Response
