Keeps freezing and cannot delete items in cart
The app keeps freezing. Also, it is impossible to delete item from my cart. The app is also too sensitive when scrolling through articles being sold. Moreover, there is no way to filter out by availability of items. (Sold out items are intermixed)
Useless app
Why do I get logged out and need to rescan my card? The whole point of having a digital card is useless if I still need my card or membership number to log in.

Es totalmente incómodo y desesperante que cada cierto tiempo haya que estar metiendo el código de la tarjeta y la contraseña. Bajé el app precisamente para evitar estar cargando tantas tarjetas en mi cartera, pero cada cierto tiempo pierde la configuración y hay que empezar como si la hubieras recién bajado. Muy inconsistente

They really need a better tech team
The app crashes constantly, so does the website. It’s really not hard to find competent programmers!
Ordering
Have a cart full of stuff and can’t check out. Tried refreshing, re-downloading, etc. Still just get a blank screen with refresh arrow every time I click “Proceed to Checkout.”
No back button
When scrolling through an item, there is no back button.

When I went to renew my card I was told that they are no longer doing physical cards and I would have to get my card online on the app. No problem cause it’s a great initiative! Then to realize that every single time this app has to be updated I have to keep logging back in! Even when the app isn’t updated and I open up to get my card for use, I have to go back and log in all over again with my card details THAT I HAVE AT HOME!! If this is supposed to replace the physical cards then make it accessible! All that come from this is frustration and irritation! It makes absolutely no sense in taking this initiative if you cannot apply it right! Also, not everyone has data on their phones all the time! Make the online card accessible without internet or data for people who are outside! 🙄

App is slower than molasses
I don’t know if it’s the app or their servers but on my iPhone 13 pro there is a huge delay between clicking something and something actually happening on the page.

Glad to see they have finally brought back online shopping as a option, after ignoring the website for ages before killing it.
The app is quite decent though i hope they add at least two things in future :
A wishlist to know when a item is back in stock or you can order later in the Future.
The ability to add the card to the apple wallet so i don’t have to unlock my phone , seek and open the specific app then hit the show card button.

Segunda cuenta
El segundo titular no puede acceder a la aplicación incluso si conoce la contraseña. Pidan tarjeta PriceSmart y no usen esta app si sus padres son personas de edad. Malísima
