Whatnot will not support your enquiries and instead give you an irrelevant automated response on tiered prices for shipping when sellers add random shipping amounts post purchase. For sellers to be allowed to charge $32USD per trading card (despite clearly stating free shipping on screen and confirming in stream) ridiculous. Bundling all purchases after paying hundreds in postage is a joke. To send one base card with permanent marker stating they sent the cards in a different package is also pathetic. To charge for $200 USD insurance on a worthless package with a false itemised customs declaration is illegal. For Whatnot to say that doesn’t qualify for buyer protection when there is no other package sent is a scam.

Exceptionally poor customer care
Raised complaints 4 weeks ago and despite having chased up regularly and having to raise individual complaints on each item from an order (despite items not being itemised or named so just receiving a jumbled box of indistinguishable items), have received refunds on less than 50% of items.
Very frustrating and I would be cautious about using unless you are happy to accept being sold useless garbage with no easy way of having it refunded.
