As of September 18, 2024, you should see a full refund for your package reflected on your original form of payment within 3–5 business days. Shipping usually takes 1-4 weeks, depending on your country’s postal and customs services, and will be handled by your local postal service. Shipping fees & referral credit nightmare

Hey there, referral credits do apply to both auction items and buy now items, but can't be applied to cover the cost of shipping, taxes or other fees associated with a purchase.
