Does not work properly

Once you get to the questions about why you switched from your previous the continue button does not work as you are not able to click it because it is too close to the other option

Gets patients interested but doesn’t deliver

Absolutely garbage app. How do you build an app explicitly made for gathering client feedback and then, right out of the chute, not deliver anything. I mean I can’t set anything up because of your enrollment/activation process.

Should be paid

Their literally asking you for medical based information and they offer nothing in return. Sorry, I am not handing over my unique information with both legal protections and compensation.

Don’t fall for this unethical practice!

Upload failed

I went through the entire scan and survey. At the end, it kept saying Upload failed. I tried again which involved doing the entire process all over again and this time I turned off Wifi in case that was the problem. It still failed over and over. Just a note too, the scroll fields for height did not load so I couldn't select my height. I'd like to participate but I don't know what causes it to fail. I'm on iPhone 15 Plus. Thanks.

Fails

APP cuts off before finishing. I do expect this to work well with an iPhone 13 Pro. Please respond with how to make this work. I really do not want to have to change to another brand!

ProjectFit

I fallow the instructions like they said, everything went ok until the end when it was supposed to download. It never did it won’t work

Beware of ResMed’s predatory practices

The app itself is fine. It collects research and marketing data for ResMed by scanning your face and collecting survey questions, and it does both those things fine.

Here’s the thing: ResMed tricks their own customers into offering up their biometric data with the promise of drawings for quite valuable Amazon gift cards . . . which, if you read the small print in their offers, you won’t actually be entered to win.

So the whole thing is a bait and switch to get you to give them your facial scan . . . which I would’ve been happy to do for them, anyway, if they hadn’t shown themselves to be liars and sneaks. Now, I don’t trust them with my data.

Gift card drawing is a scam

I received an email this morning inviting me to download this app, answer some questions and do a 3-D scan of my face in return for entering a drawing for a $500 Amazon gift card. I went through all the steps - but no drawing. I clicked around and found some small print in the Official Rules link on the email. The drawing deadline was seven days before they sent me the email asking me to participate. I participated under false pretenses.

Won’t accept my email address

ProjectFit ask me to enter the email address I used with myAir. That’s ok with me. The email address I use for myAir does not have a .com or .net domain; it has a .family domain (this is the way I want it and I pay a yearly fee for my domain name). This email works just fine with myAir and is the email where I received the invitation to participate in ProjectFit. It appears that ProjectFit has an edit-check on the format of the email address and will only accept a domain that has 2-4 characters after the “dot”. That’s unfortunate because I would like to participate but do not want to change my email. Please update ProjectFit to accept additional email domain sizes.

Upload Failed

This is the response I get after going through the process. Upload failed. Over. And over. Seems like, maybe don’t keep sending emails asking people to participate using an app that fails?
