Password App issues

I have changed and reset my password multiple times in an attempt to add the app to my phone. I am able to login through the internet but not the app- I have spent over an hour trying to get this to work resetting and setting the password over again and again going from my email, the internet and the app. Once again, with FAHW things don’t work as they should and I’m left as a frustrated customer- and it will require even more of my time to figure this out with a Technician. I am constantly surprised by how frustrating and disheveled the services directly from this company are...

Can’t even login

Keep getting request failed with error code 403

Account works on pc, but does not work with this app. Same as other reviews.

Doesn’t work

Couldn’t log in. Changed the password and used the password in the reset email and still didn’t work.

Won’t work

The app didn’t work for me and I suppose it’s made to catch your passwords. Web works, but the app
