Rubbish app
I have had to reset my password every few weeks for the whole year or so I’ve had this app, it’s completely useless, also very annoying I can’t track returns on an up to date graph.HannyPinky
Rubbish App
Slow, cumbersome, difficult to use. How can any organisation release such a rubbish app? Would have to be one of the worst financial services apps I’ve ever seen or used. Get yourselves a new dev team Mercer.StuNZ1
More like a website than an app
I really hope you improve your app interface as it feels like I am browsing your online webpage rather than using an application. It is slow and disorganised. It is very difficult to find what I need as well. I wish it was more compact and straight to the point with everything sorted into logical tabs or menus.Show lessFaye Banares
The absolute worst app I have used
I don’t know who developed this, but it is by far the worst app ever, it signs out every 2-3 days, no stability, when it signs out, you lose all your credentials and you need to set up everything from scratch. I am thinking of moving my KiwiSaver because of this rubbish appAwsy44
Terrible
The app requires relogin every so often. You then have to repeat the process you have already carried out. Bad experiences for users make one wonder about the money invested with you. Your app should at least be as easy to use as the banks’ and lord knows they are not perfect.Mike118C
Abysmal
This app is rubbish. It actually makes me worried that a large company like Mercer can release a dog of a product like this. I have re-downloaded the app (as instructed)..gone through all the procedures as asked and it then takes me to a “page has expired” message with no (apparent) exit. Login and password boxes are on two separate pages? Who does that????? No one that I have ever seen. Support only M-F. Why is is still telling me that “Mercer is changing the way you logon” when I have already done all that. Mercer - you need to fire your app developer(s) and hire some professionals.
